+ -1 moreIt was terrible. What was quoted as being completed in one day took over a month and a half for them to complete. They didn't have the permit when they said they did, and told me wild stories about how they were trying to get it and would have it any day now. They lied, and failed inspection resulting in it taking even longer to complete. Also they didn't install the equipment requested by me or stated in the contract. But I was so tired of their lies that I just want them gone. The wiring in the box is messy. The only thing good was their price. but it wasn't worth it for the aggravation they caused and the additional time off required.
Description of Work: Install Sub panel in garage, run power from main breaker.

+ -1 moreThe technician was clearly NOT well-versed in trouble shooting propane generators. He tried to start the generator, but it would not start. This company then suggested we call a generator technician, who we already knew about, but had not called because he was a significantly greater distance from our location. When the generator technician came, he immediately diagnosed a dead battery, replaced it, and that was it. The generator technician travelled 2 1/2 hours to get to us and only charged us $90 for labor and $110 for a new battery. He was finished in less than 15 minutes. Meanwhile, Rhema Electric is hounding us for $464 for NOTHING. They should have told us they didn't trouble shoot generators in the first place!
Description of Work: We called Rhema Electric because we found them on the internet as a resource for electric generator service. When we called we explained that it was a propane generator, installed by both a licensed electrician and hooked up to propane by a local propane company, however neither would start the generator without the other present, and we could not get them coordinated. As a result, the brand new generator has now sat for a couple of years and never been started. We asked if they could start it and trouble shoot any problems. They said they could.
