Soto McNett Construction, Inc has been in Business for over 24 years. We take on projects from small fix-ups to large highly detailed custom homes. We have established ourselves as industry leaders in customer satisfaction through quality, craftsmanship, commitment, communication & integrity. We are happy to give FREE estimates on jobs of all sizes, which means NO Hidden Fees. o We are experienced in all areas of residential construction, including those most needed for insurance claims – water and fire restoration. We have in-house architectural services that can be economically and efficiently utilized to obtain plans and permits as needed. We have fluent Spanish speakers for clients who may be more comfortable communicating in the language. We operate with a high degree of open communication with all parties. We have a secondary division specializing in solving and fixing problems associated with water in crawl spaces including structural repairs, dry out, clean up, insulation restoration, insect/rodent eradication, redirecting water and encapsulating the space. We are consistently within budget and on time. Our record keeping is meticulous, easy to follow and up to date. Our staff and crew are exceptionally well qualified, hard working, friendly and honest.
