+ 3 moreChris and his employees did a beautiful job installing a 1,400 sq, ft. flagstone patio in our side yard over a 2-week period. They removed sod and dirt wheel-barrowing it to another location in our yard. They brought in over 20 yards of gravel, compacting it to a slight grade in a location that had 2 slopes (not easy to accommodate). They kept the jobsite and tools neat when they left each day, and took care to cover our plants and deck when needed for dust protection. The project was completed a few days early so we had time to build a new deck stairway for a big birthday party. They were receptive to any of our concerns and questions, and very easy to work with. They took the time needed to do it right, and we are thrilled with it. We felt they installed it with as much care as if it was in their own yards.

All dealings with Chris were courteous and professional. We highly recommend his company for anyone wanting a job done right.
Description of Work: My wife and I met Chris Lease at a townhome that our son had recently purchased and discussed the plan for a back patio. Chris was very well prepared and showed us options and samples for the project. Once we had agreed upon the plan he mentioned that he would finish it within the coming week. He and his crew finished the project in two days and left our son with a beautiful new patio. This was a very well done job, the ground was dug out and gravel brought in, compacted and then sand laid down for the pavers. A small tree was also removed from the back and when finished we were sent photos since we live in Maple Valley and our son's townhome is in North Seattle. Not only was the job done quickly and with expert care, but Chris was very available for our comments and sensitive to our being quite far away when the project was done.

Also, they always to stick to our budget. Overall, they’re just a very easy company to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
Description of Work: Lease Construction has helped with a number of projects. Their work has including installing a cement wall, repairing a deck, installing an additional to our garage, and laying down pavers for our driveway.

+ -1 moreChris was always easy to work with, gave us clear quotes and stuck with them and was a good communicater Much of the work was custom and that means it is so important that he can clearly grasp our vision of the finished project. They got a lot done in a short period of time, but it was done with great planning and completed in a logical and high quality manner. We were very comfortable with the process and are looking forward to many years of enjoyment. The work increased the value of our property over and above the actual cost of the improvements.
Description of Work: Lease Construction installed a full landscape project for us. This incuded over 2000 square feet of pavers,a 18 by 12 outdoor livng and barbequeing area, underground fully automated irrigation system and outdoor low voltage lighting. He changed a flat lawn area in front of the house into a beautifully landscaped area that pleases the eye and is easy to maintain. His price was fair, but not the cheapest. Once the work was completed, it was obvious that the quality of the work was well worth the price.

+ -1 moreWe have a small front yard and really wanted to do something with it to make it feel bigger. We had beautiful patio stones put in. Fantastic job and well done. He also helped us come up with a solution to allow more space at the bottom of our stoop.
Description of Work: Create a design within our budget for installing patio stones including the proper layers of sand and gravel beneath so that weeds will not grow through and it has proper drainage. Also had him modify the railing on our front stoop.

+ -1 moreChris called and said he could come a couple of days earlier than planned. He showed up when he said he would. He talked to us about an unexpected problem and had a solution for us. He did a beautiful job. The pavers are so level we can actually go out and practice tai chi on the patio. The solution he had for the step up to the house works beautifully, and we are very happy with his work. Really a nice guy too.
Description of Work: Chris did an excellent job of installing the pavers for our patio. It was to butt up against a curving retainer wall that we had done ourselves and made from recycled concrete. He didn't seem to mind that our job was a really small one on difficult terrain and was willing to work with us on what we could do within our budget. He gave us a reasonable bid (not the lowest, but definitely the best). He was interested in the job and was willing to answer our questions. He made some suggestions on the step up to the slider.
