Description of Work: We met with the owner and had a very good experience. She seemed knowledgeable about not only her flooring options, but had a good head for design, color and related matters. We called her on a day when she was not in, but we left a request with her employee for her to call us to schedule a home visit. That was the last contact we ever had with this company. We went with another company who responded quickly and did excellent work.

+ 0 moreSince this was a "cash and carry" deal, they had the tile ready when we arrived and loaded it in the car for us.
Description of Work: The staff assisted in the selection of floor tile. They had a HUGE selection. They gave us unlimited samples to take home. Once we made the selection, they had the product available in 3 days.
