Outstanding company showed up on time worked very fast .pricing for the job was great and fair . We will use them now for any problems with our garage door . They did not over sell or push for more just a great experience .

This business was closed for the Christmas holiday weekend, and was the only business to respond to my call. They were at the house within 15 minutes of the time I got home and called them back. They performed the job professionally, provided extra repairs needed, gave me very good information on how to service the door, and at a fair price, especially considering the fact they were closed. I will use this company again.

I called late on a Friday afternoon after another provider skipped their appointment. They told me that they could have a tech out first thing Monday morning. The quote was slightly higher than the original provider had given me but A Door Above explained that when one of the two torsion springs break the other is not likely far behind. For the small uptick I had both springs replaced and should be good for many more years. The tech arrived at 8:30 Monday morning and was completed within an hour. He even lubed the rollers and hinges and took time to provide some general maintenance tips. The work was done for the quoted price and they will be my first call if I need service again.

They returned our call timely and scheduled a time to come look at our door opener that quit working. Very profession worker that came out. He knew his job and got right on the replacement of our unit and gave us several helpful ideas. I will use them again should we need the service in the future for our other garage door. I highly recommend this company

They were very prompt, courteous and speedy. It took less than 2 hours to remove the old door and track and install the new one.

After receiving ridiculously high bids from some other companies, a friend recommended A Door Above to me. I called them and arranged for someone to come out to look over my gutter system and give me a price. The price was so reasonable that I immediately scheduled them to do it. Still a little suspicious that the price was too good to be true, I was pleased when they arrived right on schedule (perhaps a few minutes early). They did a marvelous job, carried away the nasty old gutters and lo and behold charged me exactly what they had quoted.

He was prompt coming out and looking at the job but never got back with me on ability to repair the door or a price to replace it.

They were very responsive and provided a quality service on short notice. Their vendor failed to provide the door opener they ordered but I got a phone call letting me know that and it only delayed the install time by 1 hour. I would recommend this company to anyone and I was very satisfied with the work they did.

Got an insulated garage door with opener for close to the same price as just a door from the big box retailer. The owner of the company installed the door and was friendly .

Installer explained the options. Installed new opener. Explained its operations, especially pointing out feature new to me where an object or person in the way of the door will cause it to stop to prevent potential injury.

They came by quick (we couldn't get the car out), didn't have the part we needed (but helped us get the car out!) then came back a couple days later to install it. Only fixed the broken part, didn't try to upsell us on anything, was polite and pleasant, and knowledgeable about all sorts of garage door tricks and lore.

Overall, a great experience. They were able to come out the next day to perform a "tune up" on the garage door and opener. Rodney was great about teaching me about our door as well as what I can do to help maintain it myself. Overall, the service was great, and I would definitely use them again!

We had one broken spring and one worn out spring. The door would not lift as a result of the springs. A DOOR ABOVE came out as soon as possible and replaced the springs, lubed the lift tracks. and examined the chain mechanism. Since the repair the door has operated better and quieter than ever. We can honestly give the history of the door because we had the house built. Wish they would have put the door in originally, I will recommend them to everyone.

They also took the time to grease things and stabilize things and check safety issues. One especially impressive thing was to find out that the garage door opener was a Genie Excelerator. That meant it almost jerked my garage door up (it did open fast). That explained the reinforcing metal bar someone had put along the bottom of the door. The force was yanking the door up so fast that it was shortening the life of the door. They turned off that feature (inside the opener) so that now it opens at a more leisurely pace but will last much longer, too. Richard also oiled the other garage door opener parts and pointed out the difference in spring sizes where someone had replaced one side and not the other. All in all, a good experience. Riley, his assistant, was friendly and helpful. A good team effort.

The existing wood garage door was too worn to be useful. The installation included new track, new weather strip on the sides, and new door. The door does not have an opener. The installer transferred the lock from the old door onto the new one. The installer arrived on time, described the work and went about it prior to me getting there. When I arrived, the work was completed with my satisfaction.

Since this was my second time using this company I felt very comfortable with them. They were aware that time was important to me and scheduled the estimate time and installation times around my busy schedule. Rodney and Richard were punctual and efficeint and got the job done quickly. I looked into other garage door businesses, but this was the only company that I found that also included framing in the job which saved me time in finding a second company to do framing. I was very impressed and pleased with the great job they did. As I have recently found out that they have added gutter installation into there business I plan on having A Door Above come out and give me an estimate on gutter installation.

We called A Door Above in the morning when our garage door failed to open. They were able to send a worker out about noon. The worker was able to correctly diagnose the problem quickly and immediately went to work. He completed his work in about 30-45 minutes. When the work was completed he explained the work he had done, gave us a two year warranty on the replaced springs, and explained some additional maintenance he had done at no cost. At all times he was friendly and courteous. I would not hesitate to call this company again and will recommend them to friends and family. A job well done!

This was outstanding from our phone call in the morning to when they wished us an enjoyable weekend as they left. Richard and Jennifer, the techs are top notch professionals who know their business. When it comes to garage doors they are the only company I will call. I highly recommend this company.

Our double door garage door came off the rail. This company is by far the BEST we have ever used. The service man, was right on time, very professional and knew exactly how to repair. Removed total rail, and repaired in very short time. Price was extremely reasonable! Would never use any other company, was that pleased with service.
