Andy came out the very next day and gave an honest opinion about the cost of repairs vs. purchasing a new appliance. He was professional, punctual, friendly - I asked lots of questions and his explanations were thorough. When prompted, he provided brands to look for when purchasing a new dishwasher based on his experience, and I trusted his information. I will definitely call on A & T again.

Andrew was extremely professional - punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He didn't hesitate to give thoughtful advice that will save me some time, money, and hassle, with this particular model of dishwasher in the future, which was greatly appreciated.

Andrew was excellent and exceeded expectations. He was responsive, friendly, curtious, and very helpful. He found the problems right away and the repairs were done promptly.

Andy couldn't find that the motor was acting up when he was here but gave me suggestions as to replace the dryer vs replace the motor. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and why as he serviced the appliances, which I appreciated.

Disappointing... Andrew came within hours of my initial contact... very polite and friendly. He inspected the fridge, brought it out from the wall, took apart the hose and determined that it was not being fed. We discovered the water valve to the refrigerator in the basement had been turned off. I wish he had asked to check that first because that would have solved that problem immediately without pulling out the fridge from the wall and disconnecting the hose, which then caused a leak that required a new hose that Andrew went to purchase and I paid for in the end. What did I know right? I'm not the expert here. Andrew also checked out the interior lights trying an LED light but to no avail determined it would cost $500+ for a new control panel and not worth it. (understandably) I was in a hurry because I had a client coming and pretty much didn't pay attention to the receipt when I paid Andrew. Honestly afterwards I felt a little perturbed and disappointed... I was charged twice for the water line and feel I had paid a lot of money to be told my valve was turned off and that I won't have lights to my fridge. Two of my friends said the guy should have known to check the feed of water first before dismantling things and charging so much for labor that was unnecessary. Well... at least I got to clean behind my fridge.

Was able to schedule for the next day and it was repaired by noon. A compressor had failed. Professional and courteous.

I did extensive research on who to call for service and I found few people want to work on LG fridges for whatever reason. We have had ours for 10 years without a problem. Andrew didn't hesitate when he heard it was an LG. Though I didn't ask him to, he put on booties before entering my house. In addition to cleaning the top of the filter and the connection point, he took apart the area of the connection point, examined that and replaced it, and also drained water to be sure everything was working properly. I would definitely call him again if any of my large appliances need repair.

I opened our freezer on a Sunday afternoon to a wet mess...ice melting all over the place, and everything was thawing quickly. I found Anthony from A&T Refrigerator and Appliance Repair by perusing Angie's list, and noticed that he was very close to where we live. Calling him on a Sunday, I really didn't expect anyone to pick up the phone, but he did, and made an appmt to come by the next morning! His communication was great, and he called the next morning to let me know when he would be arriving...and he was very punctual. After putting on shoe covers to protect our floors, he immediately got to work undaunted by our huge labrador checking our his every move. Oh, and there I was...also looking over his shoulder and asking 100 questions. What I truly appreciated was his willingness to answer all of my questions, explain how a refrigerator works, and keeping me 'in the loop'. He quickly determined that it was a simple fix...the thermostat had given out. He ran out to get it from the shop and was back in 20 minutes. I was extremely happy that I only had to spend $264 instead of having to purchase a new unit altogether, and we all know now expensive those can be. Anthony also showed me how to clean under the refrigerator in order to extend the life of the appliance. Nicest guy *ever*, and I will call him again should I ever have the need. He also fixes freezers, air conditioners, washers, dryers, ranges, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, disposals, and water heaters. This guy does it ALL! I HIGHLY recommend him, and I know you'll be pleased with his work and work ethic.

We purchased a Samsung fridge about 4 years ago and have had numerous problems with it not cooling properly. We've had 3 companies come out and A & T has been wonderful to work with. They came out the next day and repaired the refrigerator on the spot. About 2 weeks later we had a problem with our dryer and Andrew again came the next day. He assessed the problem and had to wait for a part. The part we needed did not come in until late in the day and he came over around 8pm to install it. We had another issue with the same fridge and again Andrew came out the next day and did the small repair at no cost. He has been wonderful to work with and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is now our go to guy for appliance repair.

Andrew at A&T was great. My carbon monoxide detector went off so I called 911 per the instructions on it. They told me my gas oven was emitting too much CO2 so I called A&T to come take a look at it. Andrew came out THE SAME DAY and fixed it up. He put in a new pilot light and cleaned all the burners so that the flame burned blue instead of yellow/orange. I had no idea that was even a thing. I texted and called him a couple of times with questions about the oven's thermostat and he was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend A&T!

Andrew answered my first call himself and offered to come after dinner (about 7:00 PM) that night. He arrived on time and it was clear from the beginning that he really understood the problem and know how to fix it. He clearly explained the cost and also the possibility that it wouldn't work and how much any additional repairs would be. After listening to his explanation we chose to go ahead with his work. He worked until nearly 10:00 PM, and didn't charge us overtime. At the end our refrigerator was working perfectly and has continued to work. Even if his initial repair hadn't worked, we would have felt that his service was fair since he so carefully explained the options to us in advance. His charge were very fair, and he was professional the entire time he was in our home. We requested several of his business cards and have been giving them to friends and family. Andrew arrived and analyzed the problem. He removed the dryer panels and drum and inspected the parts. He cleaned the bearings and pulleys and removed a lot of junk. He determined the motor was bad after 10 years and that it needed replacing. He said I could buy a new dryer or replace the motor. He left it up to me and gave me some time to discuss it and think it over. I decided to replace the motor. Andrew drove and picked up a new motor and replaced it the same day. The dryer now works well. He also installed washing machine vibe rubber feet to reduce the washing machine vibrating so much during un-even loads. Andrew was very professional and friendly and explained what he was doing and why. He called first saying he was on his way. He then arrived when he said he would. I would use him again.

Andrew was professional, polite, courteous and speedy. Highly recommend him!

Sunday, 4 days before Thanksgiving, in the middle of a wash cycle, my dishwasher door blew open and couldn't be closed. It was just hanging there. Busted. No amount of duck tape could hold it closed. We had to walk around an open, hanging, dishwasher door in the kitchen and I'm expecting 8 guests on Thanksgiving. Monday morning, I found A&T Appliance on Angie's list and Andrew was able to come out that day. Unfortunately, the replacement parts cost and labor would amount almost the cost of a new dishwasher, so I elected to just get a new one. Monday night, I ran out to Lowe's to purchase a new dishwasher, and unbelievably, was able to take delivery the next day, Tuesday. Just as I was feeling like the problem had been averted, the guy at Lowe's said, "So, you have someone to install this, right? This is delivery only, does not include installation." From the store, I rang Andrew at A&T Appliance, and asked if could do a dishwasher install the next day. He said, said yes - he could fit me in. Just as promised, Andrew arrived, expertly removed the old dishwasher and perfectly installed the new one. He even hauled away the old. He was super efficient, brought all the tools, including a saw to cut some wood that was needed. I'm so pleased with his service. He will be the first person I call, if something should ever happen again.

The service I received from Andy at A&T was great. I phoned him and he picked up immediately. He asked if I was free that day and within 2 hours he was at my home and fixing the issue. I was amazed at his punctuality and his eagerness to complete the job so quickly. The supplier for oven parts had recommended him to me and Andy didn't disappoint. I am uncertain whether this was a market-competitive price to pay for the work or not but the oven is fixed in record-time and with little effort on my part so I am happy. I'd highly recommend trying A&T.
