Description of Work: Our glass top electric stove had a center burner not working. Tom identified the problem as the relay board. He ordered it and came back in four days and finished the repair.

+ -1 moreTom discovered that the lower freezer drawer was not shutting completely. Something that I had not noticed. Because of that, the frig was running overtime causing it to ice up. Tom tightened a couple of skews and made sure the drawer was shutting tightly and the problem was fixed I did have leave the frig unplugged for a couple of days to let the built up ice melt. Luckily , I have a second garage frig. This is the second time I've used Applaince Master and will certainly call again if needed.

+ -1 moreGreat communication. Tech was prompt and professional. Did some research on the part replaced and came to the conclusion Appliance Master marked it up over 500%. That seems a little ridiculous. Total repair time was about 20 minutes.

+ -1 moreI called around and they had the best prices. The guy came out the same day I called, and on a Friday nonetheless. He found the problem, put a part in, and had fixed it in about 30 minutes. The service was great. He explained everything to me and broke down the pricing. I'd definitely recommend.
