Great. Tyler set up the job over the weekend, and Dalton and Kaziah came to our place within two days. They setup a drying station on the effected spot, went into the crawl space to dry up the other side, cleaned up the drywall, and added hepa filters and drying equipment. Communication was clear and straightforward. Great experience!

We needed our crawlspace insulation removed and replaced. Based a referral from the drainage contractor who is going to do work in my crawlspace, I contacted Mark via phone on the morning of July 29th. He asked me to text him the details and he would get back to me when he got to his destination and was not driving. Mark did call back about 7:00pm that evening and left a message that he would work up an estimate and get that to me the following day. I texted him back and thanked him for getting back to me and told him that I had to get rolling on the project, and that I was looking forward to the estimate. I did not hear back from Mark as promised, so I texted him again the following day (Friday) asking about the estimate. He replied that he would have time that afternoon, and that he was sorry that he hadn't been able to get the estimate out as stated. I thanked him and later that day, I did receive a text message with a bid amount for the job. I replied asking when he could do the job, explaining that I needed the job done prior to August 22, prior to the drainage people coming in. He replied that he would need to go over the schedule the following Monday and call me. I replied and thanked him for getting back to me. And that was the last I heard from Mark. On Tuesday morning, I sent another text asking about the schedule. No reply. I sent another inquiry the following morning noting that I had not heard back from him as promised and telling him that if he was not interested in the job, could he please let me know. Again, no reply. Apparently Mark has not learned the basics of good business communication. Or maybe he just didn't want the job. What Mark didn't know is that we are embarking on significant remodel of our home, and had he responded as said he would, he would have found himself in a position to do more work for us. I don't know whether Mark does good work or not. His profile suggests he does, so I find it very odd that he would ignore someone who was clearly interested in hiring him. But I do know that he has a lot to learn about keeping his word with respect to communication. I wrote this to share my experience, because I would be very concerned about how he would respond to issues after the job was complete. I have engaged with another contractor who provided me with an immediate estimate and schedule availability.

Mark and his workers were very easy to work with. They were recommended by the water damage people and did a great job.As mentioned before this was unplanned. They came in and tore out the floor and subfloor, rebuilt some sub floor and flooring. Installed new viny, wainscote and trim. They built a new counter top, reinstalled the cabinets, reinsulated under the house. Brought my kitchen back together. They kept me informed thru all the steps and did a great job of cleaning up daily. They made an unpleasant experience tolerable.

They communicated wonderfully. The information they provided was helpful, since this was a new process for us. Their workers were amazing and very considerate of keeping the house clean. I asked that they finished each day by 3:30pm because I have a piano studio for lessons, and they were very accommodating of my request.

They do nice work at reasonable prices, but my main complaint is about responsiveness. Getting them (Mark Romig) to come out and give a cost estimate or make some minor adjustment is a long waiting game. Don't expect to have him return your phone calls promptly. Do expect to hear every lame excuse in the book about why he didn't call you back in a timely manner. If you're not in a hurry, you'll like this company. I also hired them this summer to install eight windows I had purchased elsewhere. On this they were prompt and did a very nice job.
