All American Deck & Fencing

Owner John Baciuc finished the work on time in spite almost constant rain over a 10 day period. He did top quality work including raising the cement above ground level and sloping it away from the posts to shed water. His rates are very reasonable. I will definitely hire him again for future fence repairs, and recommend him to my neighbors.

John was very professional. He showed up on time and explained everything that he would need to do to get the job done. He went to his truck and came back about 10 minutes later with an estimate. He was able to do the work the very next day and I am happy with the results. I would recommend him to anyone.

John and I worked out when he could do the estimate and came to a near date. He was on time and gave a very competitive estimate. The issue was in timing because of the work available during the high season. John gave a time and day we could agree to and was here installing on time and it took less time than I had expected to complete the work. The new fence looks great. When we move we will be calling All American to install the Trex deck that we want to add to the new house. Great work and a great attitude.

It went great. He was on time, reasonably priced and did a thorough, professional job including removing and hauling away the old fence parts. We now have a beautiful new section of fence and will replace the rest of it later this year and we plan to use John again, if he is available - he works hard and is very busy. I am keeping his name handy and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.

Jon is the real deal. Initially contacted him as one of three contractors I spoke to about replacing a section of fencing that had outlived its useful life. He showed up at the agreed upon time---in fact, he was early. Asked him to bid building the replacement fence so that it 'dovetailed' with existing style of fencing that spans the other 100+ feet of lot line. Jon inspected the fencing, made some mental notes, and retired to his vehicle to write his estimate. 10 min later I had his bid and a rough idea of his timeline for completing the project. After receiving the other contractors' ( Husky Fencing and The Fenceman) bids, called Jon and asked him to schedule it. Jon called several weeks later and said he could get started early due to a change in his schedule. Agreed on date and he and his son arrived on schedule to begin work---completed the project in less than one week and the new section of fencing looks great. Upon request, Jon used all weather 2x4s to frame the cedar boards and the lattice top that he built on site to match the other section of fence, stainless steel nails and galvanized ring shaft nails, pressure treated posts sunk in 2' of concrete. He adjusted his original bid to cover the additional material cost ( e.g. all weather vs cedar 2x4s) when we discussed the matter prior to his starting the project. Both my neighbor and I were pleased with Jon's finished product.

John is a hard working, detailed oriented contractor interested in customer satisfaction. He helped us with the design and was on time and in budget. Very pleasant experience and beautiful fences.

John is a friendly chap, and eager to build what you want. I needed a cedar good-neighbor fence, with 2x6 cap, and included fencing a 12' tubular steel gate. Start to finish about a week. Johns work is first-rate, and I don't hesitate recommending him.

John came out at the arranged time to perform a proposal for the installation of fencing. I received the proposal at that time and John explained what he would be doing. He came out at the appointed day and began removing all of the old fence and hauling it away. John did excellent work and completed the job in a good amount of time. I should add here that I used John last year to install some fencing and a gate. It was because of the great job that he did I used him again this year. I should note that I did have other bids but John had the best price.

John was great. I recently hired him to fence off my back yard and add steps to my deck. I had gotten two bids and his was by far the lowest. This would have made me dubious had he not had such good reviews on Angie's List. As we were discussing the placement of the stairs, I stated that I wanted the hand rail to look like the neighbors but he said he couldn't do it that way because it wouldn't meet code. I appreciated candor, because I realized that had he just done it the way I asked and someone were to fall down the stairs because they couldn't grip the hand rail properly and were to sue, my homeowners ins. wouldn't have covered it because it's wasn't built to code. So Thank You. Thank You. Thank You. Also, a couple weeks prior to my hiring John we had experienced a major wind storm and consequently fencing contractors were really busy. John advised me that it would be several weeks before he could start. I asked him if he had the opportunity to start sooner, that that would be fine with me and as it turns out he was able to get the job done a week ahead of time. Thanks again John for an excellent job.

I met with John and he suggested some ideas to complete a fence and to finish a deck which had been less than ideally started. He sent me a quote and we agreed on a price. The job was done ahead of schedule and was done with skill and quality. I'd highly recommend All American . A solid job at a reasonable price.

First of all - John responded very quickly to my first inquiry and came out shortly thereafter to give me a quote. We discussed many options and decided upon a chain link fence with privacy flats. He gave us a solid quote. We sat on the idea for awhile (we had hoped to wait until next year, but the winds this year weren't kind to our fence, so we had to move forward on it. John was great about getting us scheduled and ordering the fence products that we needed for our project. John contacted us to verify the date he was going to bring the supplies for the fence by and showed up when expected. John started the project on the date he said he would and did the project in the order that we had discussed. They were here on and off for a little over a week and the project was completed to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend John at All American Deck and Fencing for any project. Great person, great American and a great company to work with.

John and his crew showed up to do the job on the day he promised. They worked through the week and finished the job on time. What I liked about John he does one job at a time and stays until its finished! I have had other contractors who start a job and don't come back till weeks later and several phone calls to finish it . Honesty and Quality at a fair price what more can you ask for !!

After one fence repair firm surveyed my damage, they turned the job down, saying it would be too difficult. John came out the next day, on schedule, and gave me an good estimate. He arrived ready to work, on time the day we had agreed upon and got right into the job. He's a very hard worker and knows his trade. He completed the tasks we had agreed upon and stuck exactly to the price negotiated. I would use his services again and recommend him highly.

It was 31 degrees when John arrived and he jumped in and got the job done. His workmanship is excellent.

These guys did an amazing job. We contacted many different companies but this was the only company that came out to the site and gave us an estimate. The estimate was far below all others that didn't even come look at the job. We will be having these guys back to replace our fence next summer

I called to get a quote and the next day I received a visit from John. He gave me a quote that evening and was very affordable and professional. I was extremely impressed with how incredibaly hard John worked and how much he could get done each day. He is not a person who takes short cuts with his work. Extremely high quality workmanship and even more importantly a very kind, sincere, honest person. You won't find a harder working, more professional, honest and affordable person to do build your deck or fence. He has since built a deck for my parents and once again performed to perfection and the deck and cover look perfect. I was great to work with someone who showed up when he said he would and who has a level of pride in his work that is very hard to find. John worked really hard to complete the building of the fence quickly so that my dogs could return to having access to the back yard.

I called All American Deck and Fencing for an estimate on the framing for a 70 x 80 foot deer fence around a new rose garden. John, the owner, arranged a meeting with me and arrived as planned. He reviewed my clippings and drawings and I explained how I wanted it to look. This to be no ordinary pre-cut fence installation. It was a custom job with lots of ladder work. I wanted the sides stepped every 8 feet to accommodate the uneven down slope of the garden, which affected three of the four sides. It had to be strong enough to last a long time and withstand the east wind or our Washougal winters, and it had to look good, because it was going to be visible from both inside and outside the house from several angles and from the street. It was to be part of the garden I had always wanted and I was going to be spending a lot of time there so it had to be, well...perfect! John made recommendations for the location for the main gate that greatly enhanced the look of the finished project and I am delighted at the result. John understood what I wanted right away. He asked if he could email his quote to me in a few days and I agreed. Two days later I had an acceptable quote from him and called to ask him to start the project. His bid was lower by $2,000 from the first one I had received and $200 higher than the contractors I had just given up on. He was fence contractor number six I interviewed. I'm glad I had kept searching because he is excellent at his craft, very pleasant and easy to work with. Due to a poor cell phone connection, John was delayed a day or so in calling me back to set up a start date, but this in no way affected the project and he apologized sincerely for the mix-up. We discussed the type of materials to be used and he answered all my questions and explained my choices. Because he wanted an excellent finished project he purchased materials at businesses that allowed him to sort through the stacks and select only the best lumber. At the beginning of his work I realized I had made a mistake in requesting the taller fence height I wanted rather than the 8 or 9 foot height he had recommended. He politely made the necessary changes to lower the height and I agreed to a reasonable additional charge for several hours' work my error caused him. His work started on time and took him the five days he quoted to finish. He had one helper, his teenage son, who was learning the business and who was polite and hard working. Each day they had all the tools and materials necessary for that days' work, the area was kept neatly organized and debris was picked up at the end of each day. After the fence framing was completed, John had agreed to show me how to install the welded wire panels I was planning to use on each section, so he spent an additional hour or so carefully teaching me how to do the work so I could complete the portion of the project that I wanted to work on. My new fence is straight and true from every angle and is exactly as I had hoped. It has been in place several weeks now, and I have found his craftsmanship to be beyond my expectations. I will be hiring him again to build and install custom gates as soon as I settle on a design.

John the owner, responded to my inquiry very quickly and provided a complete written estimate for all the work I required. The estimate was very competitive and I hired them to do the work. The work was performed on schedule and was of very high quality. I was very happy with the excellent work quality response time and price. I called for estimate on Thursday, he came on following Monday (as scheduled) to give estimate. He agreed to do work on Tuesday. He arrived on time, finished on time, and did everything beautifully. I would gladly use him again.

We know this is a busy time of year, but two other companies got back to us within 24 hours. One of the companies indicated that we might be looking at a four week lag time for the actual installation, and since we wanted that lag time, that was just fine. We sure hope that this company is completely booked up through October or November, because we would have waited for the installation, just needed to get the research done and contract signed while we had time over the summer.

I called All American Deck and Fencing and John (the owner) came out to give me an estimate. He was very professional and courteous and let me know exactly what needed to be done, how he would do it, and exactly what it would cost. I agreed to having the work done. He scheduled the work for 2 days later. He showed up right when he said he would. His work and excellent craftsmanship fixed the problem we were having with two wooden gates in our back fence. They work better now than when they were first installed. I would recommend All American Deck and Fencing to anybody looking for fine work from experienced craftsmen. Out of all the people we had come to give us quotes on finishing the side of our fence, John was the only one who took time to measure out the length and write out a detailed quote. In this quote, John included the amount of posts and pickets he would use. My husband and I were so impressed by his craftsmanship, honesty, and presentation, that we went with him. We were SO happy that we chose American Deck & Fencing. John was such a hard worker, built our fence with reliable materials, was knowledgeable, and offered competitive prices.
