"Last November we hired Steve and his crew from Steveâ s Home services to do a complete remodel of our main living areas of our home. This included the bathroom, 2nd bathroom, kitchen, family and living room. They installed new wood floors in a lot of areas, tile floor in bathroom, tile inlay in entry, and a pony wall by front entry. Two main walls were removed between the family and living areas. A full kitchen tear out and everything new was installed including the cabinets. They are a wonderful personable group of hard working contractors to work with. Their work is top quality! We had them in our home for about 5 weeks. We didnâ t have to move out because they cleaned up everyday and protected our furniture with coverings. We will hire them again for phase 2 to remodel our master bathroom."

The bid came in comparable to other bids that I had received, but RTI offered more than the others I’d called. They arrived as scheduled each day on time and made parking accommodations as needed so that we could get our vehicles in and out of our driveway. The crew were friendly and hard working during the challenging weather, and built a beautiful deck on a challenging slope. The crew were as careful as they could be around our plants and materials in our yard in addition to cleaning up as they went. The deck looks beautiful, and for any issues that that I’d questioned, they were quick to respond and resolved any challenges in the build process that we faced.
