Servpro, and especially Vince, are true professionals. Whenever possible I handle home repairs myself (so that I know that the work is done right) but this situation was too much for me to do, and I couldn't have found a better group to help me. Everything they did was done nearly surgically, without damage to nearby fixtures and to the extent they could, even without damage to reusable fixtures. When we encountered mold, they sealed the area to contain any impacted air, and they scheduled the work to minimize impact to home activities. Vince is top notch in work and work ethic, and the office staff were great to work with as well.
Description of Work: Assessed level of damage from in-wall water leak, removed damaged insulation, dry wall, tiling, and wood flooring from multiple rooms, set up mold-containment protection, dried subflooring and beams in house and in crawl space, and worked with insurance company through work to verify/confirm coverage.
