We are very pleased with the end product. They added on to my existing patio, created steps and a ramp down to another patio they poured and a walkway connecting my front patio to my back patio. John and Nicole were great to work with. They and their crew were fast and efficient. They widened our driveway and added an extension alongside the house. It all came out looking great. The only reason I couldn t give 5 stars across the board is that some of their crew left some garbage around the worksite. It was very minor. I didn t notice it until they left, and I m sure if I d mentioned it they would have cleaned it up. I definitely recommend them.

Outstanding workmanship. Professional and friendly. Job was accomplished on schedule and in budget. Great experience all around.

They did not follow instruction on flashing fabrication and installation (I spoke with them twice and gave up). They left the job site after giving me instruction to spray an area after a two hour wait (I really think this was their responsibility). Half the forms were left on the sidewalk, it is unclear if they are returning to strip them or if it is, up to me. Otherwise the side walk and porch look acceptable.

The group was courteous and respectful guys. They dug out area and installed gravel and concrete slab for an out shed and back filled after forms were removed. Looks to be a good job. I would consider hiring them for a next task in future.

Outstanding service start to finish. All work was performed on time, professional and sight was kept clean until completion of work. Will hire again, and recommend to all our friends.

We needed a wheelchair ramp, walkway, steps and a patio to connect our driveway to our lower level. The Rosses and their crew worked quickly to design and create exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend them!

They were courteous and conscientious as well as they obviously knew what they were doing. As a young man, I worked with a mason and concrete company in Alaska for several years. Although technology has surely changed some since then, the basic (how to build forms, the excavation of the ground where the slab will go, the laying of rebar, the handling of the cement, the troweling and finally, the finishing and clean-up) aspects remain the same. Without doubt, Ross Concrete are skilled professionals. I highly recommend them.
