Great work, timely, and professional. I plan on using Ross again for my new house.

Every contact with the company was courteous, professional and friendly. I got quotes from several companies to repair a broken section of driveway, and Ross was one of the few that actually came out to see. He came promptly, was able to set up the job within 2 days of my original call, and I knew exactly what it would look like & what I was paying for. Even his work crew was very professional when speaking among themselves, no rough language and very polite when we interacted. I was impressed with the people and the finished product. Highly recommend.

Outstanding service will use them again when needed. Customer service was awesome, made sure to explain everything that was going to happen and when I could expect to be able to use the concrete pad that was laid done for us. The crew from Ross Concrete was very professional and motivated. They arrived on time and got the sites (two pours) prepared quickly and to my specifications. They had to wait a couple of hours for the concrete to be delivered. Once it was delivered the worked very hard to get the pour done in a timely manner. I was impressed with their work ethic and positive attitude throughout the job. I would recommend them to others and use them again for my concrete needs.

The team was very prompt and worked long hours to make sure the project was completed as promised. The only thing that could be improved was the clean up. Friends that have seen the patio are highly impressed and am thinking of calling them for patios as well.

Great experience! John Ross was on the ball from the get go with a phone call, an estimate and a completed job! We now have a new and attractive concrete aggregate driveway that we are VERY pleased with. He has a great crew of guys who know what they are doing and they do it at a very reasonable price. These gentlemen built new concrete steps in out entry, pressure-washed and filled the driveway. Our new front steps are wonderful. Their team is professional, very polite and deliver what they promise. They arrived on time, worked very hard, and we are pleased with the outcome. The price was good.

He was up front and honest with everything we asked. We had a slight issue with the install of the post base required per the drawing but managed to work through and get it approved. John and his team did a fantastic job, they had great design ideas and were polite. His team had a very competitive price and even gave me advice to save money and end up with quality product. I would recommend them to my parents.

Ross Concrete & Property Preservation Services did a great job for very reasonable price on the expansion of my patio. You can hardly tell the difference between the pre-existing patio and the new sections. The only issue worth commenting on is in regard to the clean-up. I found a pile of excess material dumped in my tree line as part of the clean-up instead of being taken off site. That area will be cleaned up as part of my landscaping project so not a permanent issue. I would still use them again for any concrete work in the future though.

We were so impressed with John & his crew. He stayed in contact with us when we had to delay the project date. Professionally accommodating our last minute changes. Always reassuring and explained all details of the job. He gave us options and the best price. His team was fast, cleaned up all debris & was just very friendly. We look forward to them coming back for future jobs.
