John and his crew poured our garage floor and large apron for us. John was in continuous contact with us threw out the entire project. We got what we asked for with no miss communications. I would hire Ross concrete to do all my concrete needs.

Concrete sidewalk along side of house and shoring up weak fence. They did exactly what I asked for and charged agreed upon price. They were on time. Completed as promised. John definitely knows his concrete and was very reasonable on pricing.

The job was not performed as contracted; the finished height ranged from correct to 1 1/2" off; the finished color was incorrect; not all of the concrete was painted.; the painting itself, was not uniform, (darker color in places sort of like stripes); there was paint slopped on walls and the driveway. I contacted John Ross to see what could be done about these problems. His response was him cussing at me and then hung up the phone. In all, the worst contractor I have ever come across. How can we resolve this problem and get our sidewalk fixed? Sincerely, Ron Foreman

What a wonderful experience! John came out two times prior to the install to explain the process and answered all our questions. . John's team were very experienced and knowledgable about concrete process. They were all extremely polite and just love what they are doing and we had a lot of fun watching them. WeI would definitely use them again!

The crew worked hard non stop in 98 degree weather for 6 hours to complete the job.

From Nicole's phone call within what seemed like 10 minutes to the last two crew members leaving after the job was done, it was a great experience. Not only was John and his gang prompted and professional, they explained what they were doing every step of the way with excitement. They are very proud of the work they do as our patio turned out great and the neighbors are gushing over it (and jealous). Once everything was cleaned up after each day, you could hardly tell they had been here. Thanks everyone for all your hard work. It was a pleasure.

He did many things for me as well as family members doing my lawn etc.. He and his family are wonderful to work with. They are the best workers I have ever used. I really recommend them for any job you have in mind if John is able to do it. He offers many services besides the concrete. Great person and very reasonable.

John Ross called me within an hour from filling out the homeadvisor questionnaire. Came to my house, told him what I wanted,he gave me an estimate, I had a few more bids from other contractors, decided to go with Ross concrete because they gave the lowest price estimate. They did a great job on my 52'x10' patio, they are very hard workers and know what there doing, I am very satisfied, and would recommend them to do my rest of my concrete needs!

Simply a perfect job from start to finish! Fast turnaround (it was done within 2 working days of finding this site), reasonably priced, and expertly installed by an extremely courteous team. The new slab perfectly matches the existing concrete; I couldn't be happier. But... what really, really impressed me were the extreme lengths they went to just to avoid inconveniencing any of my neighbors, some of whom are hyper-sensitive about such things. I only wish more contractors were like this.
