Description of Work: They came out and gave an estimate. We felt their prices were quite high after comparing similar services from Lowe!s. we decided not to use them. They never followed up to ask if we were going to have the jobs done. We had some work done by them years ago which was good so we have no complaints against them.

Description of Work: Hot water heater went out and Robison arrived quickly, same day, to replace ignitor and other parts. They were extremely courteous and professional. We have used them many times over the years and while they are not the cheapest plumber in town, they know what they are doing.

Description of Work: This is a very late review, as the services were performed in approx 2007. I do not have the exact date. i only just found out that I was given bad advice. I had used this company before, and was very pleased with their services. They did a great job installing a septic pump prior to 07, and the price was fair. I had a bunch of plumbing issues in 07, and called this company, because they did such a good job previously. I was quoted extremely high prices, but elected to have them do some services for me.The one item which I did not have them do: I had a toggle switch to drain the water in my shower, which did not work.You had to push down physically on the toggle to allow water to drain.If you did not push down on the toggle, the water would not drain. Very inconvenient when taking a shower. I was told by the technician that he would have to tear out the wall behind my shower to fix this toggle. The estimate was $800. The price was so high, that I did not elect to do this service, and did not use this shower for years. Fast foward to 2011, and I had Roto Rooter take a look at this problem. They fixed it for $200 ( which I still think is high)- all it needed was a new toggle- which took about 5 minutes to fix. I am pretty angry, because all these years, I did not use the shower based on scam advice. Watch out for this companies price quotes.
