They are a little pricey.

We pay a small fee and get two annual free inspections from them where they inspect all our sinks, faucets, outlets of the hoses, water heater, dishwasher; everything that plumbing could be involved with. They check to see if anything is needed and if anything is needed, they offer a price and do to work if you agree. We got very good experience with them.

While digging fence posts on a Saturday afternoon we accidentally broke a water line and Robison is the only company that answered the phone! Patty was a life saver and made us feel like we were going to get taken care of and she understood the urgency. She called back to let us know when we could expect Jerry and some prepping tips that would save our budget. Jerry arrived right on time and saved the day. He was able to repair the pipe in no time and even stuck around to make sure everything was as it should be. Great customer service and next time we need something and we can call Robison; we will!

My call for service was made after the electrician confirmed the source of the problem, a mal-functioning water heater thermostat. It was causing an overload on the circuit. The water heater was still under partial warranty however the thermostats were prorated on coverage for replacement, however a portion of the cost was covered. The plumber replaced both thermostats although it appears only one was not functioning. I didn't question the logic, assuming it might be better to just do it. Because I'm an out of the area owner of the rental house, I was notified by phone of the findings and estimate of repair costs. In addition to the water heater I was informed the hoses on the washer clearly needed replacing, one was bulging. Because I was not there all I could do is trust what the plumber was telling me. The tenant was not expected to make a call on this since if something were wrong, they would not want to be held responsible! The work was completed at a cost far higher than I anticipated and also had additional work tacked on. This is not my first experience with Robison's to know this has occurred on every service call. The convenience of having a prompt service call though has outweighed my concerns over the total cost and it has been to their advantage to make calls on weekends since I have had that requirement in the past.

It was leaking and it had to be replaced. I would use them again.

I think they were very fair. Even though I asked for something a little unusual, they hooked me up.

It went very well . He was professional , punctual, knowledgable, friendly and proficient. The problem occurred on a saturday evening. The bathroom sink drain sprung a leak. I was able to control the leak and then it backed up and wouldn't drain. From the phone call to Robinsons office, till the time the plumber called and arrived was great customer service. The plumber was fast at calling me and getting to my house. He was courteous, respectful, kept our carpet and house clean as he did his job. The leak was fixed , the clogged drain was fixed and now has better flow then i can remember. The day after we received a courtesy call to make sure the problem was fixed and if not they were going to send someone back out.

The service person, arrived on time and inspected the problem. He then discussion prelims and gave a estimate. He was respectful and I did not feel pushed to use service. He did the services and I was pleased.

We have a 20 year old high-end spa tub faucet that developed a leak. We had a handyman look at it, but he was kind enough to back off and say it was beyond his plumbing skills. The first challenge was finding out what the fixtures were! (We're not the original owners.) The replacement parts were hard to find due to age. I found suitable substitutes online, but had no idea how to install them (there was no access panel put in when the tub and surround was installed!). By the time I called Robison, the tub had been leaking for over a month. They had Ryan come out the next day, and he had it fixed in less than an hour, leaving everything clean and ready to go. I appreciated the fact that they not only told me exactly who would be coming to my home, but called me to let me know when he was on his way from his previous job. Ryan was very courteous and professional, wore shoe covers in the house to avoid tracking in any dirt from outside, and was careful as he went back and forth not to let our pets get outside. Ryan suggested the maintenance agreement, which cost less than the one-time service call would have and provides an annual plumbing inspection, as well as discounted rates on future service. Given the age of the house, that seemed like a good idea. All in all, a very pleasant experience - just wish I had called them a month earlier!

They were excessively high priced and provided poor service. They made damage to my home which was not fair. I was not happy with the work that they did.

The service call went great. I called on Friday (pipes burst on Thurs) and originally they weren't going to be able to come until Monday... But, they called Saturday morning and were able to send someone over that morning. Adam was very professional and extremely skilled and knowledgable. He first inspected the pipes in the laundry room, then under my deck (also exposed piping). After inspecting what needed to be done, he provided me an upfront estimate. He had all the materials and tools required in his truck. He completed the work in probably less than 30 min. He was very kind to give me information about my external hose bibs, tips for insulating the piping in the laundry room and under the deck, recommendation on how to reduce wind chill damage (skirting under porch), and electric water heater tips when water is secured to house (flip breaker to avoid damage to elements). He voluntarily gave me a military discount on the work (he saw the military stickers on my car) and also talked me through Robinson Plumbing's priority club service plan which was only ended up costing me $13 more. The service plan provides value rate pricing for future service, 2 yr parts and labor warranty, free yearly plumbing inspection, and 24/7 service call availability for life. Great experience- will definitely be using Robinson Plumbing in the future and asking for Adam by name!

Job was completed satisfactorily, however "no overtime" is offset by higher job fees.

Returning home after 10:00 pm, we found a voice mail from our neighbor and our water to be off, as our neighbor had discovered a leak just after our water meter and shut off the feed. We telephoned a few companies and got either no answer, voice mail, or “call us in the morning.” Robison Plumbing’s representative, on the other hand, answered with a chipper voice. She asked our telephone number, and within seconds their on-call technician, Rob, called us right back. He arrived about 20 minutes later and set about diagnosing the extent of the issue. We had a split pipe. Rob dug out around the pipe, cut out the offending elements, and replaced the broken pipe with a new one. In all, from telephone call to job complete was about two and one-half hours. When this company says “24 Hr SERVICE 7 Days/Week,” as they do in their yellow pages ad, they mean it.

My wife told him to get in his truck and leave, the price was outrageous.

The maintenance is free of charge however for repair works they charge as per the job. They are a large group so getting someone here is not difficult. Their plumbers are well trained and professional. They are careful to keep things clean while they work. I’m very satisfied with their work.

The good is that he was punctual, clean, and courteous. The bad was the quality of the work. I understand he used the wrong kind of faucet and he made a mess of the siding. He also cut through the drywall in my bathroom.

I liked these guys, but they were too expensive. I used them because my regular plumber wasn't available. While they were here, I thought I might as well ask them to do another job for me. I asked them to put in an outdoor faucet for me. They wanted to charge me 250 dollars just for that. I don't remember exactly how much they charged me for fixing the leak, but it was just as expensive as the other job I wanted them to do.

Well, it took three times for them to finally fix it. It was not until the third time they came out with a new worker that I finally got it done right. I am not too thrilled with them. I do not know if I would ever use them again. I am just unsure. I'm not too sure of them right now.

Excellent. The technician was prompt, wore shoe covers, explained the estimate, and was very courteous. We'll use their services again.

I FELT LIKE ALTHOUGH THEIR WORK WAS GOOD AND THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL, I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRICE. I FELT LIKE IT WAS A GREAT DEAL MORE THEN THE VALUE OF THE JOB I HAD DONE. THE PRICE DID NOT INCLUDE A TOILET.

THEY DID VERY WELL ON THE SPIGOT INSTALLATION, RECOMMENDING AN ALTERNATE METHOD WHICH WORKED MUCH BETTER THAN WHAT I HAD REQUESTED. HOWEVER, PRICE FOR REPAIRS SEEMED QUITE HIGH.

I WAS NOT PLEASED AT ALL WITH THE WORK DONE FOR ME. I FELT LIKE THEY WERE WAY TO HIGH AND IT TOOK A LONG TIME. HE NEVER ACTUALLY FIXED MY LEAKY SINK AND I TOLD THEM HOW POOR THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS. THEY DIDNT SEEM TO CARE.

A SERVICE MAN WAS DISPATCHED WHO WAS COURTEOUS, EFFICIENT AND VERY PERSONABLE. THE PROJECT TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED BECAUSE OF THE OLD PIPES IN THE HOME. THE SINK and BASEMENT HAVE NOT NEEDED ANY FURTHER REPAIRS SINCE THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED. VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE.
