They let me down badly, owe me money, and let me freeze @ 12 degrees for four days... I have been with this company for a long long time, several new owners and the last owner and board of directors should be in an unheated jail in Anarctica...
Description of Work: This company sent me a statement in December 2013 and January 2014 showing I had a $115.20 credit as is per normal with me to have a credit rather than a deficit showing my good faith in their reliability... I ran out of fuel as the declared bankruptsy and did not have the courtesy to notify me that I would no longer receive my automatic fill ups... I went with out heat for four days aat a temperature of 12 degrees before I could receive service from another company... I have received no further contact from them and they still owe me $115.20...

It's the middle of winter...I'm just glad I didn't wait until we were out of oil before I called. When I contacted company headquarters in Bremerton to try to get details the person who answered said she was with the bank and primarily there "for the purpose of handling receivables".
Description of Work: Pettit Oil Company is out of business. I didn't learn this until today when I called to schedule delivery of home heating oil and got a recording saying they've closed their doors. No notification has been sent to customers. I've been doing business with them for a year.
