Description of Work: Tv picture would not come on. Lamp ballast needed replacement. Would not repair on-site. Charged double what I could buy lamp ballast for from Samsung. Also charged $2485 to take TV to shop. One month later tv not working. Cannot get company to call me back. Have put a call into another company in spite of fact that original company is supposed to have a 90 day guarantee.

They were very responsive to my call and sent a technician the next day. I was informed of the service call fee before they arrived. The technician was knowledgable and found the problem imediatly he tried to get the tv to work longer but it would not I ask him for his recommendation and he saved me money and only charged the sevrvice fee.
Description of Work: Technician trouble shot TV and diagnoised the problem.

We arranged visits from them three times. Each time, they did not show up nor did they call to say they weren't coming at the agreed-upon time. Each time we called them to ask when they were coming, and they said that would be over soon. I would never ask them to work for me again.
Description of Work: None. They never showed up. We had a dryer that wouldn't start.

First contact which took several weeks and constant calling to get them to finish. Dryer worked two weeks before failing again. Work was "guaranteed" and when I called them again it took two weeks and one visit where they dis assembled the unit, only to have them abandon the repair and not return or communicate my calls. They stated that they did not know the model number but were able to apparently fix it the first time. They abandoned the repair that was guaranteed after I paid for the first repair. At that point, I was forced to purchase new units. Getting another repair person would have been excessive cost for the unit in question. It was most cost effective to cut my losses which should not have been an option from the beginning.
Description of Work: Dryer repair needed. Initial service took several weeks and unit worked until it quit again (same problem) two weeks after. When they came out again (one and only time) a burning area was noted which could have been deadly to tenants.
