At first, their services were great, but when one of their cleaners damaged my cooktop, I started getting the run-around. After months of waiting, I ended up having to pay out of pocket for the repair. Their bookkeeping is questionable, and they have a difficult time keeping track of payments. Apparently it's true that, when you go with the lowest bidder, you get what you pay for.

This is possibly the single worst company I have ever worked with. My wife and I walked through our house with a nice woman and we explained what we would like to have cleaned: carpet, floors, countertops, blinds, windows and bathrooms. Pretty standard stuff. Several days later when the team arrived to do the actual cleaning, they all showed up separately and each one was later than the last, the last one arriving almost an hour late. One woman spent 40 minutes dusting one small window’s blinds, something I could have done with a swiffer in 5 minutes. She left every other set of blinds in the house totally untouched. Every faucet on every sink was full of streaks and water spots. They shampooed the carpeting in our upstairs, but didn’t touch the actual carpeting on the stairs, which is the highest traffic area. My wife and I were moving, so we had some things on part of one countertop in our kitchen. But because of that, they left every single countertop uncleaned. They were all empty aside from one area. They could’ve cleaned everything except that one area, but they decided they couldn’t be bothered. Now let’s look at the toilets. They started to leave without touching an entire bathroom and my wife ran outside to call one lady back to at least clean the toilet in our downstairs bathroom. With a lot of eye-rolling, she returned to give the toilet a quick scrub. My wife and I left the house that day after the cleaners did. But when I came back a couple days later, I discovered how poorly they had actually done the things we had asked for. I have numerous photos. Whatever they used to “clean” our toilets left a staining, brown sediment. Every toilet had to be re-scrubbed with bleach to get it clean. Every sink and faucet needed to be re-cleaned. We had asked for windows to be cleaned, but when they arrived, they said, “oh, sorry, the guy who cleans windows couldn’t make it today.” Also see the picture of my blinds full of dust. My wife and I have no recourse since they haven’t responded to our email. Literally every thing they touched in my house needed to be redone. Total waste of time and money. Also, I wish I was making this up, but one woman kept scratching and scratching herself on her legs, arms, and neck. So much so that she started bleeding. She made some passing comment that it was allergies, but she looked very sick. I would never ever recommend these people. It was the worst “service” I’ve ever paid for and we probably should have asked them to leave once the last lady showed up almost an hour late. Unprofessionalism at its worst. Oh, and they used some chemical on our oven that damaged the finish inside. My house was built in 2015 and we never baked once. Not once. Now my oven looks like a bomb scratched the finish off the entire bottom. At the time, one lady said, “oh, I think that’s something permanent on there and I couldn’t clean it off.” But after they left, I inspected it. She had, in fact, scratched all the way through the finish on the bottom of the oven. I have a bunch of photos to back up what I’m saying.

When I did the walk thru for the estimate, it was made clear all the basics that you wanted cleaned, including the outside of the windows. In an email to your wife on May 11th at 1:05pm was a very detailed list of what was to be cleaned and that our windows guy would not be able to do it, she confirmed that same day at 1:47pm. You saying our cleaners told you when they arrived is a lie. Weeks of communications were made, your wife said that you guys would be moving everything out on the 22nd and our cleaners would come at 8AM on the 23rd, this again was agreed in an email. Our employees arrived around 8 your reaction to them was, 'Oh we thought you guys were coming at 9am". Our lead immediately called us as nothing in your home was out of the house. You guys asked them where they wanted to start so you could start moving things out of their way. We told her to work around your belongings because everything was suppose to be out. We had several calls from our lead that day, one was your wife went into one of the bathrooms our cleaners were cleaning to take a phone call which was another delay. At the end of the clean a walk thru was done with your wife and a few things were pointed out and fixed right away. Payment was made by you guys and a receipt given. At no time were there any calls from you guys with any complaints or issues. I emailed your wife after I got clarification of all the problems that our employees had and asked her about not being ready when our cleaners arrived and there being more cost. I did not hear back from her until June 2 because she said you guys had been on the road crossing the country. After I contacted and wanted to get answers and more money is when all of a sudden this came about. I can email you the longer response with all emails, letter from our lead and pictures that she took to make sure the truth is clarified.

They were very quick to respond and they have regular person on it but there are just a little problem with the person the assigned with me because there are sensitive parts of the house that should have more careful but it was taken care of by the next visit but she is still happy with the service.

Here are some of the items not done or unsat. Lots of dusting missed, powder left in showers & stuff on walls, cobwebs, grit in kitchen & laundry sinks, kitchen drain clogged from what was poured down it, washer or dryer moved (why?) & not put back, microwave not wiped out, fridge handles not wiped down, windows not cleaned, oven cleaner spilled into lower pan drawer, bed not made, dryer screen no emptied, some door & window tracks not vacuumed out, rag outside & steel wool in kitchen sink.

Unfortunately as explained prior to Mr. [Member Name Removed], I had been transported from his home to the hospital via ambulance for a medical emergency. I know I had called him from the hospital after I had been given medications and was very out of it, to let him know what happened. I apologized for not being able to complete the walk through of your home and ensure that everything was completed. The pain was so bad that I had to ask the medic to load my cleaning supplies into my car and lock up your house, and ensure that Feather (your dog) was brought back into the house. I also scheduled a time to come back and go over the items to remedy this. You agreed then cancelled last minute for us to not come out and take care of the issues. I have apologized and reduced the cleaning fee. We have made several attempts to make things right for you. We have been very accommodating and even reschedule the original day and time with less than 2 hours notice. We worked very ho*** ** your home, yes it was not completed but sometimes thing are out of our controls. You stated in a message that you left, you where fine with parting ways and that we did not need to redeem ourselves in your eyes. Which I told you that we did not feel okay with this, but I agreed to disagree with you. This is now to the point of you harassing and defamation of our business and character. In addition to our last conversation, in which occurred over a week ago, you emailed me pictures of what was missed (more than 7 days later). We went over and beyond in your home, working more than the estimated hours with no intention of adding for additional time. I am not excusing the fact that there a few elements that where missed. The washer and Dryer had been moved to clean behind it so this is why they where moved. We never discussed laundering your curtains so this is why this was not done. I washed the blanket and sheet that was on the couch that Feather was on (this was not included). Your bed was cleaned and made as requested, sorry if the blanket was put on backwards. The oven was cleaned as requested as for the stuff inside the drawer was never discussed as part of the clean, additionally there is no [Member Information Removed] for the anything to seep down as there is a seal that prevents this from happening. Me and my crew worked hard, I spent 5 hours alone in your kitchen cleaning every area in addition to cleaning off all your dusty spices and nick knacks or your dish rack(this was not part of the clean). Crystal spent 2 hours on each of your bathrooms and scrubbed every inch. Cleaning inside of your medicine cabinet was not part of the clean. Things were moved to be cleaned and yes sometimes things may not be put back in the exact same spot. I also told you we would not dust your Television equipment that this was something that we prefer not to do and you where okay with this. Additionally we moved your furniture out and cleaned under the rug was completed and this was not part of the quote, but I remembered the biggest issue you had was dog hair so we did extra to remove the hair in areas that it builds up in. Further more, yes I left a rag outside on your porch, but this was so I could come out and play with Feather while others where in your kitchen and living room vacuuming as she was very excited and kept jumping on the sliding glass door barking and winning, so I played with her to distract her so as she would not get hurt, and in doing so I left the rag(ridiculous). We took the time and thought to take care of your cat-ratchet and dog-Feather that they where not scared. Most companies will make you lock them up or take them with you. Not only did we sweep/mop your floor we purchased special floor wax to take care of your floors. Downstairs you were only concerned with the dust and vacuuming so we did not take care of the sliding glass door and windows downstairs, this was not included. I am not sure why at this point you are being borderline hateful/to point of harassing, we made several attempts make it right by coming back and fixing the problems, as well as reducing the cost by $125.00. We are all adults and we take pride in what we do, yes things didn't get done and we have not denied that, had I not had potentially life threatening appendicitis as originally thought by my medic and doctors this would have never happened. None of my team smokes and there for the cigarette butts where from someone else.

Very nice in person to my 80 yo mom, promised her that she would get back to her that day with a quote and some additional info. Crystal (the cleaner) did not call back. My Mom even call her and she finally called back over a week later stating (our test clean, meaning if she did the kit and baths well we would give her the whole house) was not worth their time. I respect that but don't leave a client waiting especially an 80 year old.

I am sorry that you feel that this happened to you, but that was not the case at all. I did try calling back more than once and what I explained as I also tried to find some information for a sewer company for her, was that it would not be worth your mom paying our minimum 3 hour charge for what she wanted. I felt that we would be overcharging her with our 3 hour minimum requirement that we have and that was not right or fair to her. I am not not sure how that cam across differently, but sorry that it did.

The ladies came on time. They are all super sweet and thoughtful. Very professional. Very thorough. They went above and beyond to make sure all things sparkled and not a speck of dust anywhere. They brought all their own supplies which were pretty much the same products I normally use. I set up a regular service with them. I would highly recommend Crystal and her crew to anyone!

I am so pleased with the quality of the work from the dedicated ladies of Let’s Work Together. I called on a Friday and they started work that weekend for me. Our house was trashed while we were abroad and they made it feel like our home again. For 7 hours the ladies worked as hard as they could to fix our house and return it to normal. Let’s Work Together *SAVED THE DAY* for us--twice! You will not find a more professional, personable, hard-working, polite, energetic, thorough, and caring set of individuals. We were in need of a post-construction cleaning crew to handle an immense amount of plaster, dust, etc. that had accumulated over months of construction and also damages from our contractor, who removed protective coverings over our floors, vanities, counters, cabinets way too soon (while sheetrock was still going up)! To say that Let’s Work Together had their hands full was an understatement. But they came out on short notice (I called on a Wednesday, they came over on Thursday for the walk-through, and they were ready to get started on Friday. They worked Saturday EVENING through Sunday EVENING—nights and weekends!), and they put all their hearts and efforts into doing an incredible job and getting our house move-in ready. Following their work, they paid us a personal visit to drop off a sweet, personalized card and our invoice, as well as doing research to let us know how to best take care of our new hardwood floors. They were also quick to help me find a solution for an event I had planned to have at my house but couldn’t host as we still had workers around and safety hazards. The fact that they were so thoughtful, treated us like friends, and continued to help us out beyond just what we had hired them for is a testament to what an incredible organization this is. We are beyond impressed with Let’s Work Together and recommend them with our highest regards. If we could give them 1,000 stars, we would, but 5 will have to do!

They did a thorough deep clean the first time around, and now they come out monthly to do regular cleaning and they will deep clean one different area each time. They do a great job, the carpets are beautiful now, they even got stains out of my carpet that had been there a while since they are 31 years old now. Susan is even going to be helping me connect with other contractors for other services since she's got it so together.
