Description of Work: pumped and inspected septic tank and pump tank

Description of Work: repair warning light was on on our septic system . They came out, look into all of the sensor tanks and corrected the problem with no charge other than minmal cost for travel time. Forgot the dollar amount they charged, but it was minimal.

Description of Work: Danos was professional on the phone and prompt in arriving at the scheduled time. The only glitch was the pumper couldn't find the septic tank on the first visit -- even though I showed him a diagram from the original installation. He had to leave after 1.5 hours for another appointment, but eventually found it on the second visit after using a "locater" device that cost an additional $80. They did reduce the fee for the unsuccessful digging on the first visit by $80, so it balanced out and seemed fair. The end result was good and I'll use them again.

Description of Work: We called about an overflowing tank. The house was recently purchased and the tank pumped about six months earlier. Day one a driver came out and pumped the tank to allow a visual inspection. He said he could not determine the problem and a camera inspection was required. Day two a new driver arrived with markings on the side of his truck identified as Baker Septic. He pumped the septic again and charged me. Put a camera in the tank and showed me a picture of the east interior wall of the tank instead of putting the camera into the tank outlet to to the drain field. He said "See it is blocked." He then suggested the line from the tank to the drainfield be dug up and replaced. |At that point I dismissed them and checked the drainage from the tank to the drainfield and found the connecting pipe had sagged in the center so drainage from the tank was uphill for a section. I replaced the pipe and leveled it so it flowed gradually into the drainfield. This fixed the problem and cost less than $100 for materials. It took me four hours to dig up the short connection of pipe.

Description of Work: When we called they were able to come the next day between 830-930am and they actually showed up at 830am. The gentleman was very informative and answered all my mom's questions with clear and easy to understand explanations. We would probably use them again in the future.

Description of Work: removed cover, pumped tank, explained reason for backup was over whelming of drain field
