DaBella - Bremerton (Roofing)

Just do not hire this company. I paid for work that was never completed! This company cannot be trusted.

The DaBella representatives were very responsive. The roofing installer/subcontractor (Heart General Construction) was also very responsive via phone calls to the foreman who then contacted the crew. It was a 2-day job. On the first day I found it frustrating that there was no crew member on site who spoke English to answer questions. But I requested from the foreman and received an English speaking crew chief on the second day so that fixed that frustration. The quality of the work by the roofing crew and the post-installation inspectors was outstanding. Roofing is now very expensive but the combination of the top quality GAF shingles and other features, plus DaBella and Heart personnel delivered an excellent result. A little pricey but worth it in our opinion.

Neither weather nor nolidays stop these people from getting the job done!

Keshun was friendly and straight forward! Pricing and financing were very reasonable. Our roof has not been installed yet. But so far so good!

It seems a bit pricey but I needed the work done and other companys were not properly assessing my homes issues they were friendly and got it done quickly!

Originallly Maleke told us that they had their own GAF factory-trained workers and did not use subcontractors. About halfway through the work they gave me a card from R and R Exteriors, the subcontractor. We had new gutter screens installed four weeks before we decided on the new roof. and the installers tore them down, bending them up. When told that they were to stay they put them back up but were bent too much to meet up properly and keep the leaves out. When finished we told Maleke that we would like to have the roof inspected before payment and he said they would hole payment until the end of the month, three weeks, to give us time for an inspection. The next day we received a call from the office that they were going to process the final payment. When I told them that Maleke had said they would not do that until the end of the month, she said they could not do that. Asked her to contact Maleke and she called back and said she could not contact Maleke and he was on leave and that would process the final payment. The inspector said we had a good roof, but I was not happy with Maleke giving us wrong information about subcontractors and giving us time to get the inspection before they processed the final payment. WOuld not recommend doing business with them.

I gave a previous rating of a 2 during to some community ication problems and proble.s on the property. The general managers came to my place and fixed the problems going the extra milee to make sure I was satisfied. The roof itself was excellent and workers there efficient. I am now fully satisfied with the response from the company mabagement... they even planted flowers the workers has distroyed...

Maleke and Joey have provided excellent customer service. They are courteous and professional. They clearly explained the roof replacement project and showed me exactly what materials would be used.

My roof has not been installed yet but the purchase experience has been great. Mileke has been great in his attention and help with financing.

Weâ  ve contracted with DaBella to install a new shower in our master bath in the fall and weâ  re SO EXCITED! Gabby Dubos walked us through the whole process and made sure we purchased a product weâ  d love AND be able to afford. She was super straightforward and transparent and we cannot wait to be able to update with another 5 star review for the install. If youâ  re looking for a family company that treats you like family too, youâ  ve come to the right place.

We are working with their local office to remodel our shower and get new windows and sliding glass door. I was really happy to work with a very family oriented company and the ease of being able to sit and speak with their representative in our home. I felt like they understood us well, they were very honest and upfront with everything, and they have been easy to reach. I look forward to seeing my final project!

Initial interview went well. The young lady who knocked on our door was very polite and responsive to our concerns. Just as explained, I received a phone call from Maleke on time to schedule our estimate. Again, Maleke arrived on time and quickly put me at ease since my poor decision to hire a private family business, botched a re-roof just three years ago. Which is already leaking and not properly vented causing mold. Maleke's friendly personality and knowledge of the companies policies assured me that my roof would be done professionally and accurately this time. If the install goes as well as the the two previous DaBella interactions, I will be worth the extra money spent having the piece of mind it is done correctly.

I just signed a contract with Meleke and was very impressed with his decorum and knowledge. I will definitely be recommending Meleke and DaBella to friends!

Maleke was amazing! He went through everything thoroughly including materials, warranties, what to expect etc etc etc. The process has been wonderful, beyond what I would have ever expected. The quality and value is more than you would know to ask for. I am overjoyed and would recommend to anyone and everyone who needs a roof.

Melanie was very professional and knowledgeable in sharing the whole financial and installation process with us. She had so much passion and energy. The roofers were very friendly, respectful to us and our property and kept the worksite clean each day.

I listed my project on HomeAdvisor, and in less than an hour I recieved a call from DaBella, and had their local sales rep, Craig Brooks, scheduled to come out the following evening. Craig was GREAT! He spent over 5 hours with us, answering all our questions. This is our first house, and our first siding project, so we had a lot of questions. Craig did an incredibly thorough inspection of our home, and even built a 3D model of it. This was great for helping us decide on styles and colors of siding to go with, since we could actually see how it would look in the model. Craig was also very knowledgeable and patient with us as he explained all our different options for all the different types of siding and the pros/cons of each. Because we definitely didn't know the difference. I can't say enough good things about Craig and the rest of the DaBella team that we've worked with so far. Our project is all scheduled and I'm very excited for it to start.

Beware before you hire them. Their product is good, but their customer service and business process is horrible. Had I checked out the Better Business Bureau reviews beforehand I likely would not have gone with them. Our experience: When the 1st salesman Will Greer came out I was really impressed with his pitch and the quality of the product. As I told Will at the time DaBella was the first company to respond to our Home Advisor search, and did not have my 2nd bid scheduled until the following week. The initial bid seemed really high. He asked that I let him know when the second bid came in so he could to compete with it. Will maintained constant contact with me throughout the week. What I did not know at the time was that the other calls I got from DaBella that week were from another branch office of DaBella, and that their policy was to have someone else call if a contract was not signed the day of the initial contact. I got calls from someone I assumed was speaking for Will asking that follow up visits be rescheduled to accommodate training only to have someone else show up unannounced at our home. Arron, the salesman that did show up, had no knowledge or history of the communication I had with Will. Because I really liked the product compared to the other bid I got we ultimately signed with DaBella hoping things would go smoother. We have solar panels on our home that needed to be removed prior to the roof installation which was clearly stated in the contract we signed. Da Bella agreed they would coordinate the scheduling with our solar panel installers. We were told to expect the project to start in about two weeks. DaBella called 10 days later saying they had voided our contract *because they needed to close out their month-end billing*. He also said that DaBella did not do anything related to solar panels so I would need to handle the scheduling myself. I ended the call and immediately called Arron for help. He apologized, agreed that the contract should never have been canceled and that they were indeed responsible for coordinating the solar panel removal and reinstallation. He tried three times to send the contract to us electronically but due to software issues had to come out to the house again and have me sign it in person. I got a call the next day from Arron saying that the solar panels were scheduled to removed on Friday the 24th, and the roof install would start the following Tuesday the 28th. The panels were scheduled to be reinstalled on Friday the 28th. Our solar contractor came out as scheduled and removed the panels. But DaBella no-showed the date the roofing was scheduled to start. After no less than 4 calls I was finally able to talk to someone at DaBella that could give me an answer. Was told that they had yet completed the â buildâ on our roofing package and they â hopedâ to be able to get it done in a week or so. Frankly I was furious. Over the next 24 hours I spent hours making dozens of calls in an effort to get someone to fix the problem and ultimately talked to DaBellas corporate Head of Production. I explained everything we had been through and he was able to get the problem resolved,. I got a call the next morning saying they would be out the next day (Thurs) to start the project. I asked if they had called our solar panel installers and they assured me they had. Thurs they removed the old roof and left it partially uncovered. We had severe rain squalls overnight that caused damage to our ceiling. Friday morning our solar company called us saying they were 20 minutes out. DaBella has not called them to reschedule. They finished the roof that night and we found that 2 gutters had been damaged, one so severely it needs to be replaced. 5 days and 2 calls later they have not gotten back to us on how to get the repairs done.

My family and I live in an old farmhouse, built in 1922. It was in dire need of a new roof, which was last done in the early 80s. We had leaks, and sagging in some areas. DaBella came in and gave us an incredibly thorough estimate. The sales representative, Craig Brooks, was polite, flexible and very professional. He fought for us during the whole process. There was a hiccup in communication on what products we ordered, and he worked his butt off to get us what we needed/wanted that fit into our family budget. The work crew was just as professional, polite and hard working as the sale representative and it was a pleasure working with them. We ended up with an amazing roof, both asthetically and structurally. We would recommend DaBella to anyone looking for a new roof. Thank you from my entire family!
