+ -1 moreWe would NEVER hire this company again. The paint was applied too thick in many areas. We still cannot get some of our "painted shut" windows open. The paint on the garage doors is already cracking. The front door has blistered. The deck is turning green. The owner appears "nice," but cuts corners and his personality changes completely when he is asked to make repairs to poorly done worksmanship. He REFUSED to complete the areas that needed attention during the walk-thru, packed up and left the job! Sprinklers were broken during the painting process, and he refused to pay for their repair. He told us to "never contact him again!" It was the worst experience we have ever had with any company!
Description of Work: The exterior of our home was painted by this company incuding windows, garage doors, deck and the front door.

+ -1 moreThey are perfectionists: even painted the living room ceiling a third time so it met their satisfaction. Their attitude is very professional; friendly, but thoroughly businesslike when the job is at hand. They made every effort to keep the "mess" to a minimum and cleaned up beautifully when the job was done. We understand they have extensive experience in exterior painting, and we definitely plan to recommend them to our condo association when outside work is needed.
Description of Work: Vito and a colleague painted the interior (walls, ceilings, etc) of our condo, as well as the exterior patio floor.

Description of Work: Our home had always been clear stained but we let it go to long. The wood had been attacked by fungus and was darken. We interviewed many other contrators and thought some of them would do ok. Then a friend recommended Vito's company as he had used them on several occasions in the past for full exterior paint. We contacted Vito and he came out within a few days. He agreed with us that the wood looked a little tough and that clear stain would not work well anymore. However we asked him to try and bring the wood back for clear stain. He worked very hard with high pressure washers and chemicals but the wood never got to the point where it would have looked good with clear stain. So we decided to paint. He spent a lot of time with us going over color choices and also recommended we drive around the area and look at other homes for the color we would like. Once we picked a house color we saw on the other side of town he went over there a few days later and talked with the owners to find out what the manufacture and color code was of the paint. Once everything was decided and the color picked out his team came in and spent almost two weeks completeing the job. We have a large home so that much time was expected. They were very careful about all the plantings next to the house and if there was any minor overspray or spills they immediately cleaned it up. In my opinion they went the extra mile in customer service. One of his workers use to be a roofer so they even replaced a few roof shingles for us when they were up on the roof painting the dormers. My wife and I were very pleased with Vito and his employees. One extra note...we had very hot weather (107 degrees) here towards the end of July and we noticed some of the caulking they had done had dried and shrank a little and pulled away from the wood in the inside corners. I contacted him and they were out within a few days recaulking all the joints and repainting them. This is good customer service.
