+ -1 moreJuan told me I had to put some studs in the wall before he could perform the repair. And that I should call him when I had done so, and that he would come after that and do the repair. I put the studs in the wall and called him a week later to come out. I left three messages for him in the following week and have yet to hear back from him. Was a waste of my time.
Description of Work: Juan came out to my house and gave me an estimate on the spot for some plaster repair.

+ -1 moreHe prepped the area thoroughly the first day, using plastic liberally to prevent plaster dust from getting into the all the rooms off this hallway. He came with a partner the next day, and they worked efficiently and hard, completing the job in that one day. They cleaned up completely. He was knowledgeable and understood perfectly what type of texture we were wanting. His plastering seems to be of the highest quality. We love the walls and have received many compliments on the work. We would definitely recommend him for any plastering work you have!
Description of Work: We have an old house with plaster and lath walls. After pulling off some old wallpaper in a hallway and up the stairway, chunks of the plaster came off with the wallpaper. We also had to repair some plaster in the ceiling and wall where we had removed a wall in this hallway. Juan put a new layer of plaster over all of the walls with a beautiful hand-applied texture and patched the hole in the ceiling plaster.
