Mr. Town was exemplary in all aspects of construction both prior to and upon completion as well. His ideas were exciting & fresh, very immediate response. I would highly recommend him as a high-quality builder with style & detail plus professionalism throughout our working relationship.

My fianc and I couldn't be happier with the total remodel of our Edmonds home that Town Development just completed for us. We were very nervous going into the process, because our house had to be taken down to the 'studs' and be completely rebuilt. However, with Chris as our builder we were truly in the best of hands. From the very beginning, and throughout the process, Chris was a positive and dedicated manager. He had his subs at the house in a timely fashion, who were all pleasant and did their jobs well. He had creative ideas for handling challenges and made decisions we are very pleased with. Chris went the 'extra mile' for us many times, to be sure that the results would be correct, quality workmanship and that we would be happy. Chris also was a wonderful communicator and upfront about the costs of the project and any changes we made. We appreciated that he was candid and also kind. I personally can't thank him enough for all the encouragement he gave me when I got worried about my choices and desires. He tirelessly worked to 'make it happen', and he did. We now have a beautiful home thanks to Chris Town, and you'd never know it was a remodel! We would highly recommend Town Development to anyone considering a building project, and would welcome inquiries anytime.

We have had other major remodeling work done by other contractors, but Chris Town is clearly a stand-out in that he is working hard to keep you satisfied from the start of the project to the end of the project. He is enthusiastic about his work and takes great pride in giving you a first class result. He communicates with you daily and sometimes throughout the day, keeping you aware of which subs are scheduled for specific work and how long he thinks the work will take. His subs were all reliable and pleasant to work with. Any disappointments in completed work were corrected without conflict or delay.
