+ -1 moreTodd did a great job! He was professional, friendly and detailed. He took the time to talk me through everything he was doing and made sure to highlight important issues. I would absolutely go back to Todd for future inspection needs and I would recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Todd performed a full inspection for a house we were looking to purchase. He checked every inch of the house and was very thorough. He covered the full exterior, interior, crawl space and attic. He tested all appliances, outlets and faucets.

+ -1 moreTodd had great communication throughout the process, he was punctual and very thorough and professional. we were able to accompany him during the inspection and learned a great deal about different aspects of your new home. I would not hesitate to use Todd again and I recommend him to anyone. He was especially knowledgeable on some of the more modern/ high tech aspects of the house (electronic filters, in house stereo system, gas fireplaces, etc.).
