Buyers are relieved that Tyler gave them info to save them buying a home with lots of problems, even an active leak into the attic. We later learned that there was another unit for sale in the same complex, that had a report available, but that report missed the very expensive roof issue, stucco issues, and more. We even found out by doing further checking that the HOA did not have reserves to take care of the issues. Tyler is the best! He makes himself available quickly, and does a great job.
