Description of Work: Top to bottom cleaning all room in house. Nice detailing. Accommodated my specific requests in addition to completing their cleaning checklist. Four person team well coordinated by team leader. Will continue to now have The Maids come on regular schedule.

Description of Work: Team was on time and friendly enough, but the cleaning was superficial at best - dusting only the bottom/sides of a frame (but not the top) for example. The shower was streaky and fogged - I asked them to reclean it and they did, but told me that scrubbing is not typically part of their service. For the price, I'd expect the shower to be cleaned, not just given a quick wipe down. Finally, as they finished their cleaning they walked through the house spraying what I think was supposed to be an air freshener. If I hadn't been home I would have assumed the smell came from a cleaning product, but this was just sprayed to make it SEEM clean.
