Description of Work: Lots of good cleaning but our house was within the square footage stated and they wanted more money to complete the work than was on The Angies List purchase. We were moving out and had to have the work completed so it was an awkward position at the time. One of the staff members told us that they couldn't clean anything above 6ft because they didn't have anything to stand on. Another staff member was sitting in the car wile others were still working towards the end of the time. We wondered looking back why she wasn't helping get the job finished in the allotted time, for the allotted amount.

Description of Work: Complete house cleaning (4100 sq feet). Overall they do a good job, are efficient, timely and very methodical in their approach. We do get different crews as we moved to monthly versus twice a month, and some crews are more detailed than others. We have never had bad experience where the work was not solid, there is just at times a different level of fine details. Overall highly recommend. We continue to use them, have now for 5 years.
