The team arrives, usually three to four people, each of whom has a specific responsibility, e.g., bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming. The work is accomplished expeditiously and thoroughly. I was always please with the final product and the look and smell of the house when they were finished.

I was very pleased overall—punctual and generally professional. Could have been a little more thorough, but given the task I think the work was reasonable. A bit too pricey for us, though. It's a better deal if you sign up for weekly service.

It couldn't go better. They have a key to the house and they come while we're at work and we come home to a clean and fresh smelling house. Two days prior to your scheduled service day they send you and email letting you what time frame they'll be showing up at. If that changes they call you with the update.

Arrived on time; three people worked hard in an organized manner; supervisor arrived in time to do quality check; even my husband was impressed. More expensive than other services, but worth the money because the job was very well done.

I had the Maids service come in to clean our new house before we moved in (no furniture in the entire place). They weren’t the first company I was going to go for, but they were the only ones that had an Angie’s List coupon and were available on short notice (about a week, all the other companies either didn’t get back to me or were booked). We had the carpets deep cleaned (through another one of Angie’s List Big Deals) so we really only needed the bathrooms (2.5), the kitchen and hardwood floors cleaned. Communication was GREAT, which was an issue with the other companies. The price seemed a little high, compared to the other estimates, but we were in a rush and didn’t have many options. I scheduled a team of 3 for 2 to 2.5 hours. They came right on time, were very friendly, polite and professional. They asked if they should wear shoe covers and did, then went right to work. One started one the upstairs bathrooms, one in the kitchen and the last one on the floors. They were fast and cleaned everything from the oven to each individual drawer. I swear they must have had some special solution, because the bathrooms sparkled. They did all of this with 20 minutes to spare (1 hour and 40 min – there was a 2 hour minimum). The team captain informed me I had 20 minutes and asked what they should clean next. I wasn’t sure and she gave me a couple of suggestions. Overall they were FANTASTIC, I would definitely hire them again (although I did think the price was a little high, but I got quality work done. You get what you pay for). The grand total was right on the estimate, but then I had an Angie’s List coupon so they took off $30 (sweet!).

They come out every two weeks and charge me every two weeks. We used to have them do the bedrooms earlier. They do a really good job. I'm really happy with them. I had checked out other companies before using them. One other company would've cost me more.

The Maids left everything smelling fresh and dust-free so mom's house feels like new now. Each of the four ladies was in charge one particular service: dusting, vacuuming, bathrooms and kitchen. They were very conscientious, working non-stop for the time that they were here. I can say that not a thing was overlooked. The carpet is so beautifully vacuumed that I can see my cat's paw prints when he walks over it. It's a wonderful feeling. (I have hired them to clean mom's house every other week now and the charge is half that of the initial cleaning.)

They always do a great job for what I consider a very reasonable fee. They have a team of professionals that clean your house in detail. The place always looks great after they're done.

They do an excellent job, good attention to detail, punctual and reliable. Besides thorough cleaning they have never broken anything or caused any damage which is important to me.

Generally went well. Initially prompt, courteous and thorough albeit not inexpensive. Recent couple of monthly cleanings have been characterized by not communicating an estimate of when they will arrive, leading to wasted time.

I waited until I had several cleanings done before submitting a report and it has gone very well. They are open to suggestions and have tried to follow through on them. I think over the next few months it will get even better. It has been helpful having the same team come each time. During one cleaning something was broken and it was brought to my attention immediately and the company paid for a replacement. Since I am home during the cleaning it has been important to me that they come reliably at the same time and they have.

Service was okay, nothing more than any other average maid service or cleaning service. I mention this because The Maids pricing is for "excellent" service. My opinion is premium pricing for average work.

They do an excellent job. They throughly clean the house and are very professional.

That they were thorough. They paid great attention to detail. The boss came by and made sure that everything was going smoothly. They stayed out of my way and did a very good job.

They are very good, so far I am pleased. They are very efficient, usually sending three or four ladies so that they job gets done quickly, and it gets done well.

I pay them every two weeks. I have been using their services for almost a year. I have been pleased with the work. When I call I always talk to someone. They come with a team so them clean and they are done quickly. The listen to what we want them to do, and they are good with special request.

I think that they did a great job the first time. But as time goes on, the different teams that they send are not doing as good of a job as in the beginning. They have broken a shower head and did not even mention it to me. I live alone and I would have remembered if I had broken it. But they do not speak the same language, so communicating is difficult. I am going to try to be patient and explain it to their supervisor, but at $37.00 an hour per maid, I don't feel that I should have to. I'm sure that they will work with these problems, but it has been irritating.

They cleaned everything (except carpet, they only vacuumed them), did a nice job in general. Fast service.

They are pretty expensive, but we haven't really compared to other companies in the area. They do a pretty good job as our house is always clean when they are done. We have used The Maids for about six years now.

There was a four person team that did the work for me. They stayed for 2.5 hours. The customer service was great. The supervisor does check up on their work as well. I don t think that they are the most expensive for cleaning services either. They are well worth every penny.
