Dan at Seattle Glass Pro was recommended to us by our tiler during a recent bathroom remodel. Dan was very responsive in reaching out to us and scheduling a consult. He arrived on time, was genuinely friendly, and walked us through recommendations for our two bathrooms. He arrived for the installation on time as well and did an exceptional job - the end product looks amazing and works well for our space. It was highly professional. The work done was great from starting to finish. Right from the beginning they took the measurements very meticulously. One of the tiles was not finished when they came for initial measurement, my bad. But they came again, the next day for measurement. Once the glass was ready, they came and fit it. Everything was transparent starting from what hardware to use to what type of glass to use. I would definitely recommend them.

Overall it went well without much any big hiccups. Dan gave me an initial quote over email prior to coming by to take precise measurements. When the shower was ready for him to come and take measurements, the price went up slightly. The end result was beautiful, the shower door was well installed and aligned nicely. The only minor hiccups were that 1st time came by to install realized the cut wasn't precise enough and it had to be redone. The 2nd time came back about a week later with the new door, they forgot the clips so had to go back to their shop to get the clips and come back to complete the installation. Given there wasn't time-sensitivity, it didn't bother me, aside from delaying me from using my brand new bathroom. I'd definitely work with Dan and Seattle Glass Pro again.

They did a great job. I would refer him to others. Not quite as good with communication. I wouldn't grade it down to a B level, I would grade it down to an A minus level.

He did all the work with one other person, taking accurate measurements and providing a bid before starting. Windows came fast and he installed quick with no issues. Very happy with all projects and will utilize again for updating more windows and slider.

The price was higher than I had hoped for, but I was so eager to get the job done that I just went with it. Plus, since I had worked with Dan before, I knew I could count on him to do a beautiful job, which he did.

Everything went according to plan. There was an error with measurement on one of the door caused by the fabricator but Dan made immediate contact with the company and rectified the situation. The replacement came in in no time and the installation was done quickly.

I had 3 different companies come to the house for a consultation and it was on the in-home visit that I knew I wanted to work with Seattle Glass Pro. Dan, the owner, came and his style and purpose was completely different than the other two companies. He was more detailed in his inspection and discussion about the work, and pointed out that we needed to make adjustments for the shower to function properly — something neither of the other companies mentioned. (We would have eventually discovered the problem, but not until later in the process, which would have caused additional delays.) Price with Seattle Glass Pro was more competitive than the other companies, lead time was significantly shorter, and I felt — based on the home visit — that he could do the job best. When installing the shower, Dan came to find out mid-installation that the glass door wasn't drilled correctly by the glass manufacturer. That caused a few day delay as we waited for the new door. Once that was remedied, the project was completed and the overall craftsmanship was very good. Really, the only criticism I could make is that some of the silicon needs to be cut back. Other than that, the work is perfect. When installing the mirror, there was another issue from the manufacturer that caused the delivery to be delayed a week. It wasn't a big deal — we had lived without a mirror for months during the renovation — and Dan offered to come and do the installation on a weekend so that he could reduce the total wait time. The install was tricky because it was such a big mirror and was wall-to-wall, but he and his partner finally got it up and everything's perfect. During installation, they nicked the paint in a few places and, of course, some cleaning needed to be done, but as we are DIYers, that wasn't an issue for us at all. I think if you're going to install a huge mirror like we did, you can expect some little nicks to paint — it's honestly all but impossible to avoid. Overall, very pleased with Dan and Seattle Glass Pro. The proof's in the pudding: we will be using him for glass in our guest bathroom remodel as well, wouldn't even think about considering someone else. If I could give one piece of advice, make sure you are very clear in what you want and don't hesitate to over communicate.

Dan is so professional and does top quality work. He is a good communicator. He had no problem when I changed my mind and wanted frameless, which is more expensive, but definitely more beautiful. I have to admit, I have not taken a shower yet, it just looks really gorgeous, and I trust Dan. His bid was substantially lower than another frequently used vendor.

Dan responded quickly to my email, came out to my house to do all the measurements and was very courteous while doing it, and was able to deliver the door within a week or two of the order. His pricing was competitive too. I even decided to order a mirror from him as well.

He and his team were gracious and flexible when we had to delay the install date twice because of complications with our tile work (shower repair). We really appreciated this flexibility and understanding. The final installation was quick and convenient for us, and most importantly, we love the door. I t looks great and functions flawlessly. It was a 10 from start to finish. He helped us select the right style of door and installed it perfectly. His work really helped update our bathroom. He did it all in one day. He was able to take out the old and install the new one with out damaging the existing tile.

I did the guest bath remodel myself and decided to buy shower door thinking I could do it on my own but once I got the package I realized that it was not a one man job. I started calling all the glass pros in the area, majority of them wanted nothing to do with a door that they had not purchased themselves and a few that were willing to do the install were asking an unreasonable amount. I spoke to Dan and gave him all the info about the door, he gave me his price which was very reasonable. He called me the next day to schedule a time to do the install. He showed up earlier (big bonus points in my book). He did the install very carefully and even though it took him longer than initially expected he stayed late in the evening to get the job done. After couple of days, I noticed that one of the panels seemed to installed inside out so I contacted Dan and sent him the pictures. Now based on my previous experience with contractors I was thinking that it would take forever for him to come back and fix the work but boy was I wrong. Dan called me back in the evening and scheduled time for next day to take a look. He again showed up on time and fixed the door perfectly. I am extremely happy with the end result. I would definitely be using Dan for the next remodel and recommend him to anyone looking to get a glass door installed.

Dan is a very professional and easy to work with custom glass installer. He was knowledgeable and knows his trade well. I would highly recommend his services. As part of a master bathroom remodel we decided to have a new door installed on our large shower stall. A custom installation based on our exact preferences. Dan arrived on time for taking the measurements. After taking the measurements Dan took ample time to show us various samples of glass and the different glass treatments (sandblasting vs. etch). He really took the time to explain all the options and gave meaningful recommendations based on what we were looking for. For each configuration he was able to give us an immediate quote. He left us with several good options and I was able to communicate our choice a couple of days later. We asked for two extra accent strips on the panels at the last minute and he understood immediately what we wanted and was able to accommodate it. We opted to go with a (heavy duty) 30 inch door and a 30 inch fixed panel, sandblasted with a wide center band and two narrow accent strips above and below. The door itself is a frame-less design with chrome hardware, supported by 3 hinges. Once Dan had put in the order for the glass he kept us posted on each step of the process (glass delivery, sandblasting and install date). The glass panels were delayed a couple of days and Dan reached out to us and apologized as soon as he became aware, very courteous. We were able to reschedule the installation date at a time convenient for us. The glass installation itself went very smoothly. Dan installed the door himself and did an excellent job. He was on time and completed the installation within a couple of hours. The end result is beautiful. The door and fixed pane align perfectly, the hardware (handle and hinges) are installed flawlessly to the tile walls and all the finishing (silicone and strips) is professional grade. The overall quality of the installation is A+ and same as you would find in any 5 star hotel. - Courteous - Polite - On time - Knowledgeable - Professional - Good communicator - Clean work site - Clean finished job - Competitive pricing - Superb quality installation - Highly recommended I would definitely use Dan's services again in the future.
