+ -1 moreIt was pretty good. They were timely and helpful in setting it up and breaking it down. My only complaint is that they did not provide any spikes to hold the bouncehouse down; at one point the kids managed to roll it over; luckily nobody was hurt but it was a little bit scary. They had good customer service but I question that the spikes were not provided. I think in general they deal with larger bouncehouses; we got the smallest one that can be used indoors and we used it outside but it had places for spikes in it so I thought it was odd that they did not have the spikes in the truck. Their safety was a little questionable and I might shop around the next time I use a company like this but I probably would use them again in the future.
