Description of Work: These guys were very professional. We had Rene's crew- they worked really hard to get everything done before the rain came. On one day they worked from 8 am until 8 pm. Our roof took 2 1/2 days to complete. They cleaned up everything and we feel now we have a quality roof. We ended up having some rot on our existing roof- the previous owners of our house did the roof themselves and it wasn't done right so that added to our original quote of 10,000. Leave the work to the professionals ;)

Description of Work: New roof with vents. This was a special deal through AL - $5,999.00 plus additional if above a specific number of sq. ft. Though I do not have a particularly large house nor a tricky roof that was an additional $2,334. Communication was a bit inconsistent at first but that was not a significant issue for me as it was not an emergency situation. |On the agreed upon day the crew arrived. All work was completed in 2 days. Initially, I thought the clean-up was great with just the odd small scrap of debris here and there. I appreciated that a magnetic roller was used to find any nails in the driveway. Two weeks after the roof was completed I found that the open rain barrel had a lot of nails and scraps in it. As I have been trimming small trees and scrubs I have found quite a few hand-sized pieces of metal (flashing?) as well as pieces of the under-layer. There have also been nails amongst the shrubbery and at the back of the house. Fortunately my tetanus shot is current as one pierced my garden shoes and consequently my foot. |As far as I know the roof is in good shape. I will certainly amend this review if problems arise. I am satisfied with the job relative to the Special Deal price.

We had Roofing Specialists NW out to bid on the cost to replace our 17 year old roof. Shawn not only quickly provided an estimate, but also offered some repair options in case we wanted repair for now rather than replace. He know the work to be done and was familiar with the area and our homes. Very Professional.

Description of Work: They installed a flat shingled roof in my 1000 square foot house because the old one had been ripped off during the storm. It took them around three days and they cleaned up after themselves.
