+ 0 moreI asked quotes from 4 different companies. 3 came from Angie's List but I found ProRoofing Systems through Stoneway Roofing, a supplier of roofing materials. The price ranged from around $22k to almost $40k. Pro Roofing System was not the cheapest but, once you look at the details, workmanship and quality of materials, the difference with the cheapest bid was well worth it. All work was professionally executed with great attention to detail. When I pointed out a dent in one of the panels, they immediately replaced it without having to ask for it.
Description of Work: Complete replacement of cedar shingle roof (>3000 square foot) by metal roof, including plywood and synthetic underlayer and the installation of 2 large (4"x4") skylights.
