Contacted a number of places two days before the 4th of July holiday as we discovered a section of our roof needed repair. We were putting the house up on the market to sell the following week and knew it needed to be taken care of before it was up. Rock Roofing was one of the only companies willing to call back since the repair needed to take place over the holiday weekend. They were also the only ones that contacted me right away. They were more than courteous over the phone and assured me that they could get it taken care of in the timeframe I needed. Rob came out the next day, the day before the holiday, to provide an estimate and also worked with me to match the new shingles with the old since the roof was already 15 years old and the shingles on the house are no longer available. The crew came out two days later, over the holiday weekend, fixed the area that needed repair and placed the new shingles over the full section. They did a perfect job with the match and were in and out in only a few hours. It was a great experience throughout and looking forward to calling them again when we need the roof repaired on the new house..

My husband has contacted numerous roofing companies for a new roof. We have a low roof line and it is posing a problem for the type of roof my husband wants. Rock Roofing is the only company that has come to our home and checked out our roof. A proposal was sent to us and we are considering it. It is not the type of roof my husband was hoping for, but we appreciated their opinion. None of the other companies we contacted for a bid has come to our home to even look at it. Frustrating, but we thank Rock Roof Inc. for their professional input.

Scott and his crew were amazing! We had scheduled the tear off for June, but realized that it would not be any better weather in June and the roof was starting to leak, so called Scott. He had an opening for that very week, so within 24 hours we had a huge dumpster in our driveway and were under construction. Those poor guys got to deal with every type of weather! The first day, they got a lot of the roof torn off, sealed up, and papered so as to be water repellent. The second day, there was lightning and thunder and they worked until they had to come down due to the weather. The next day, they had to blow a light dusting of snow off the roof! The following day, there was 2 inches of snow and it shut down the work. When they were finally able to get back up there safely, those guys worked until they ran out of light. The job was still completed in under a week and looked so great that others in the neighborhood also got theirs done. Through all the nutty weather, we did not have any water leak through the roof into the house. Amazing! I cannot say enough about the team with Rock Roofing. I was impressed in every way, each time we had contact with them. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new roof. They know what they are doing, are great to work with and were the lowest bid we got.

We needed to do a full replacement of our existing 22 year old composition roof. As this was a sizable and pricy project, we took the extra effort to find the right contractor. We leveraged Angies List and personal referrals to get a list of contractors to talk to. We ended up interviewing 5 local roofing contractors, and received quotes from each of them. After shorting in the list to the top 2, we stopped by the both contractor?s active job sites to see their ?work in progress?. This was a step that proved most interesting, and gave us the best feel for contractor we were about to hire. Rock Roofing ended up being our contractor of choice. They were not the cheapest in price, but we were not looking for the lowest price necessarily. We wanted a competitive price, as well as a solid installation. This roof would be on our home for 30+ years after all, and paying for a good roofing product is nothing if it is not installed right. We started our project on a Sunday due to breaks in the weather. I was surprised Rock Roofing would work on Sundays, but they said they need to take advantage of sunbreaks in Seattle when they happen. Our first ?issue? was on the Friday before the start of the project when the dumpster showed up. Its was a LARGE dumpster and the concern was it might cause the driveway to crack. A quick call to Scott, who was always reachable, throughout the project, to discuss and the decision was made to bring out 2 smaller dumpsters as opposed to one large one. There was a cost increase associated with this change, but Rock Roofing took care of that without issue. The crew?s shows up on Sunday morning and started the tear off. There we no communication issues with the crew and they were very professional, through the entire project They cleaned up very well each after each day, picking up around the house and putting tools away. I was also, surprised when I offered up my house for bathroom facilities to the crew during the work day, but said it was company policy not to enter the home owner?s house. They did not want to impose, so bathroom breaks were taken down the street at the local sandwich shop. Goes to show the level of professionalism. The tear off and installation went off without any issues. I was able to monitor the work each day as I was working from home during the project. I did see small changes I wanted made during the installation, but a quick conversation with the crew lead and all my changes./concerns were fixed with quickly and to my satisfaction. Once the entire roof was installed and the clean-up was done, I did notice one problem. There was section on the main roof that was discolored next to the rest of the roof. It was enough that it noticeable. I called Scott and he came out promptly to look the issue and he agreed that there was a problem. Scott contacted the supplier of the roofing material, Certainteed, and had them come out and look. I was told this is a normal occurrence and that in a couple of months the colors will ?fade? to the same color. Scott, requested a letter from Certainteed stating that if the roofing material did not match after a period of time they would cover the cost to repair the issue. I could not ask for more than that. I should mention that Rock Roofing did not ask for any up front deposit and they did not ask for full and final payment till I was completely happy with the installation and my concerns over the color mismatch was taken care of. The color issue was not fully resolved for over 2 weeks after the roof was installed, and again Rock Roofing did not ask for any payment TILL I WAS HAPPY with the entire installation. That was very impressive. I would not hesitate to recommend Rock Roofing to anyone. They are professional, do a VERY good job of installation and are honest business people. That is hard to find that in a contractor these days.

It was more than excellent work! They were on time and responded very quickly; in fact it was the next day. They were kind, considerate and they were very flexible with the billing. They had truly superb service. They were very pleasant-natured, personable and nice people. They were fairly priced and had high quality material and I was very impressed!

We requested an estimate online and within just a few minutes we received a phone call asking how they could help. Within a few days after that we had a complete comprehensive estimate in hand. Once we were ready for the work to be done, they came out again, reviewed the initial estimate, answered all of my questions (and I had many), and we agreed to the work and signed the contract. Once they were ready to do the work they called to inform us when the work would be performed, when the materials and dumpster would be delivered, and walked through once again what to expect. They showed up exactly when they said they would and did the work - ALL THE WORK - in a day-and-a-half. EXCELLENT JOB and we can not write and say enough good things about Scott and Rob and their crew at ROCK ROOFING! A+++

Great! His crew even worked on Sunday because it was the only day for a week with no rain. They were all professional, quiet and clean. I would highly recommend Rock Roofing to anyone needing roofing service.

Scott Fisher, the owner, was our contact. He kept us informed about every step along the way and everything went just as he said it would. I had a number of questions and Scott answered each well. He was professional, courteous and responsive throughout the process. His crew was also courteous and professional. They exhibited a strong desire to do the job right and correct anything they saw that wasn't perfect. Very nice folks and an great job too After the job was done, they even cleaned and touched up the paint on the house where some tar or scuffing had occurred. In addition, when the job was finished is when I was to pay them in full. And Scott provided an unconditional Lien release showing that his supplier had been paid...just an extra measure of professionalism.. I would have no reservations in recommending them, and their price was very competitive too!

After some initial misunderstandings, I can now recommend this company and plan to use them in the future. Be sure and ask Scott, the owner, about his safety and project communication plans for you and your neighbors while work is being done.

This is the company to use if you need a new roof! Rock roofing was originally recommended by a neighbor and already had good reviews on Angies List so I called them and Scott, the owner, came out to give me an estimate. I was impressed with Scott's honesty, sincerity and knowledge. He was clear in explaining what he would do and his written bid was detailed. I had five estimates and Rock's price was competitive, but I mainly decided to go with Scott because I was confident they would do the job right and Scott's detailed bid indicated some higher grade materials and I liked his thinking about improving the air flow in the venting system. I was delighted when they finished the job in one day! They had a crew of 6 who were well supervised and worked efficiently. I particularly valued this as I have had lots of other companies do jobs for me over the years and some ended up taking much longer than expected. This job was completed faster than I expected. Also the price was consistent with the estimate as only one sheet of plywood needed to be replaced. Scott anticipated this as he thoroughly examined the roof before drawing up the bid. The cleanup as well as the follow-up with a few small items after the job was completed was also great! Scott also examined the job closely upon completion and made sure everything was to his satisfaction.

He showed up at 10 am, promptly when he said he would. They answered all my questions, were very honest and if I had not already hired another company from my church, I would definitely have used them. They were just wonderful and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Scott came to measure we received an estimate within 2 days. The bid was very competitive. We had received good feedback from friends, neighbors, and Angie's list. They started the project a week later and would have been done in 2days had it not rained. They finished it up as soon as weather would permit. I would definitely recommend this company.

Steve was Rock Roofing's PVC specialist. He work long hard days and did great work. He even worked on Saturday and Sunday to make sure that he would finish before our painters started the following Monday. All the seams were welded by hand and carefully checked by Steve. He is a perfectionist and lived up to that title. They were on time and did a good job of cleaning up. We are very happy with the new roof and look forward to 25 years of no leaks.

We dealt mostly with Mr. Scott and he was very honest. He was forthcoming in his answers and we had a lot of questions. We interviewed five or six companies and he was the only one that looked up on the roof. He was the only one who noticed that we had two skylights and that they were of two different sizes. Nobody else noticed that. He was very straight forward and we liked that very much about him. He was a straight shooter. He was able to lead on the crew that was here. They were very good. They cleaned up every single day when they were done and they were extremely polite. They seemed to have done very good work. We were watching very carefully as to what they were doing. The quality of their work has been good so far. There has not been any leak or problem so far and we have not had enough rain. We have already recommended them to the people in this area.

They came and did the work on time. It took one person about 2 hours to finish. It was a composit roof and with a low pitch. The cost was high but I did not have time to look for a second bid. Overall, they did a decent job.

I looked at 7 other roofing companies, and I chose Rock Roofing because I had an excellent customer service experience. Not only was I contacted in a timely manner, the estimate was delivered promptly as well. Other considerations that made me go with Rock Roofing was their history in the industry, their crews are in their employ, they required no money until the job was completed, and after meeting with them and exchanging several e-mails I understood them to be very customer service driven and most importantly they took pride in their craft. I found the bid to be fair and reasonable. I am very satisfied with the end result. The crew came out and appeared to work like a fine oiled machine. The job was done in a day and a half. When they left, the only trace they were here was a ?shiney? new roof. The general manager came by the next day, inspected the work, and lastly, I only paid $40 more than the estimate as one ?sheet? had to be replaced. I would highly recommend Rock Roofing.

The salesman came out and was very informative and friendly when submitting and going over the estimate. They listened to my needs and were never pushy, which I appreciated very much. After choosing Rock Roofing to do my job, I was pleased that they showed up on time and finished the work in a timely manner. The roofers were friendly, cleaned up every day and worked very hard. The roof looks beautiful and everything was done as promised and on budget. I would recommend Rock Roofing to anyone.

The weather semi-cooperated and the company took 4 days rather than the original estimate of 2 due to weather interruptions, but were on top of job as soon as weather broke.

The whole experience was very satisfying. The roofers arrived early and stayed late and did a very professional job in all ways. They answered any questions I had. Josh, Rene, and their crew did a great job. Scott Fisher, the sales rep, was very informative and enjoyable to talk to.
