+ 0 moreRuben did a great job. He was very attentive to detail and pointed out potential problems so we could make the decisions about what should be done. The house hadn't been painted since it was built in 1995. It looks wonderful. We have used Ruben's services three times--this last time exterior; another time interior only (when a renter left the house with major damage including stair banister, holes in walls, and damage to window sills).; Also in 2012, he painted the interior and exterior of our personal residence so we could sell it. The house sold in 2 months, even with the time it took do deal with an offer that fell through. The quality of the exterior painting and repair was of such quality that it caught the attention of our realtor. For example he saw the house after Ruben had prepped it and was amazed at the care of the caulking job. That realtor has been in the business for many years and has since continued to refer clients to Ruben. We will continue to call on him for painting jobs in the future. He is a trustworthy and dependable person and we really appreciate his work.
Description of Work: Ruben painted the exterior of our rental. He also repaired part of the roof and eaves that had been damaged by tree branches while he was at it.
