+ 1 morePugetsound did it all. It was all unexpected because the roof was only 8 1/2 years old. Due to improper installation techniques the roof got a leak. We did not know about it. Mold developed in the crawlspace and insulation. We discovered it through moisture in the drywall in the master bathroom. It must have been there for sometime. We used Pugetsound because my daughter is a property manager and she had used them before with good results. He came out and surveyed the damage and reacted quickly. They were competent, prompt and efficient. Their service is excellent.
Description of Work: Pugetsound Construction and Management repaired my roof from a leak in the master bathroom. They also discovered mold and completed the remediation for that. They also replaced the ceiling and drywall, as well as new insulation.
