+ -1 moreWell I started out extremely pleased. Referred to them from a friend and they were prompt and seemingly efficient. When taking off the old metal roof that was failing they found a 2nd roof underneath so slight increase in charge to remove the 2nd roof. They got done quick and cleaned up then the issues started. Their workers damaged my gutter in taking the roof off and at first said it wasn’t them but my gutters were new so had to be. They had another gutter person come in to fix and although not a great job it was tolerable. Flash forward about a year and during heavy rain water is coming in my bathroom. They eventually come by and tell me it’s coming in through the fan (wind blowing into tunnel) I don’t agree but they are the pros…. This goes on for about a year then trying multiple fixes before they discover that a bolt they put I apparently was letting water through to pool inside….. finally fixed. Few months later water starts dripping in my living room. I now have water coming in my window from the top and in middle of living room. They inspect and tell me it must be the chimney. Chimney had already been fixed but had them come out take another look. Agreed iits slim possibility but address any possible issues beyond flashing done by roof company. It happens again… zaparra’s says can’t be the roof and this goes on for another year. Well it’s now Xmas of 24 and I wake up to more water coming in living room and now also my bedroom. Will see if it takes 6 months for them to respond again. Tried contacting Malarkey Shingles as that’s what they used about a year back with no response.
Description of Work: Fix the darn leaks make sure I have a roof that keeps the water out.

+ -1 moreVery well, I am happy with the work that was done, the only thing is I have an awning in back with the corrugated sheets and there had been debris on top for quite sometime and not all of it was removed due to it was really stuck on hard. other than that, it well..
Description of Work: I had gutters cleaned, moss removed from roof and cleaned, also had all four of my down spouts attached back to the house because the siding crew didn't do that..

Description of Work: Edwin of Roof Pros said he would provide an estimate in 2 days, if awarded the contract, could start in a week. Even after a several contacts by text message and phone he still does has not even provided an estimate. So I called 2 highly rated roofers from Angie's list and they were able to come out immediately, inspect the roof and quote the job within 24-48 hours. I just awarded one of those contractors the job and they will start next week. If Roof Pros cannot even get an estimate out in as promised, I can imagine the problems I would have trying to get the job done correctly and in the promised time frame.

Description of Work: They re-coated my deck with a GACO product. It is important that the deck be coated properly because it is the roof over the family room. | |I was very pleased with how they applied the product. Pro Roof even repaired items they did not quote or charge me for. This is the first time I have used Pro Roof and I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

+ 0 moreFantastic job, it has been several months and though it needs cleaning---no leaking, It looks so nice with the drip flashing plus that feature protects heavy old irreplaceable cedar gables.! please see above review for it states how he inspected, discussed with me at length and listened to what I wanted. He found a nail coming up from the underside,---By listening, the cost of the material for the roof originally was not wasted and the damage stopped. You can trust this man to know about roof structure, and that he cares about YOUR home.! there is more to a job than how fast someone does it. They need to listen and know roofs and not be worried about how many roofs they came put on in a month.!!!!!! I have a high maintenance roof with challenges galore and he added the things I needed: Flashing, properly flashed chimney, and really sought to make the roof do it's job====protect the interior of the home! I must add he he helped me to ascertain what type of covered gutter I should get and when to install it. that was a big help for Ihad a useless, lightweight gutter cover that filled up my gutters. !!! Not good.
Description of Work: This gentleman came to help ascertain what my roof needed. It was a high quality material put on by a firm that did a shoddy job---too fast and left things in bad shape about 6 years prior to my getting Pro Roof to help. He found flashing not done properly and even a nail protruding upward from the roof. he also added Drip flashing and repaired an area by a back soffit that was done improperly resulting in damage to a very large old cedar gable. He listened, he inspected---he really takes your concerns seriously and as a woman this was invaluable. When he did the work, he brought competent help and I as totally impressed with their serious attitude and felt as though he truly cared about doing a safe and above average job. and without disparaging the original contractor- he told me what was wrong with the installation of my roof. -which I lost faith in and would definitely Never recommend.!!! the materials were top of the line originally--but the job was rushed and inferior!!!!! He told me how I needed to have the new gutter covers place on before he could do the roof repair. that was wonderful advice and with the heat of the summer he was able to install drip flashing on the sloped gables. My roof is subject to Ponderosa Pine needles and Redwood branches, Add to that Douglas Fir needles, leaves of all sorts and tons of shade and rain. He listen to me and put on the added protection this house needed when the roof was installed. I would highly recommend this person for any roof work, new, repair---an inspection too.!!!!! My roof was leaking, harming the gables, leaking around the chimney----after only 6 years !!!!!! He saved me a lot of money!

+ -1 moreWE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND DEPENDABILITY. THEY WERE PUNCTUAL AND EFFICIENT IN THEIR WORK. THE DECK LOOKS GREAT AND THEY DIDN'T DAMAGE ANY OF THE PAINT ON THE SURROUNDING WALLS.
Description of Work: CLEANED, STRIPPED, RESEALED AND RECOATED ROOF-TOP DECK AND SEALED METAL CAP ATOP THE WALLS THAT SURROUND THE DECK.
