+ -1 moreWe never received an estimate from Premier. I give a D, rather than an F, simply because when he visited, he was very nice. But he did not follow through on submitting an estimate nor did I receive a call from him.
Description of Work: Visited to provide an estimate for a new water heater and various other work, botched by a previous contractor.

+ -1 moreOur tankless hot water heater would stop working sporadically. I called the manufacturer and was able to determine the issue was the propane gas pressure sensor was most likely failing and needed to be replaced. I called the original installer and one other company but they never returned my calls. I found Premier Mechanical and they returned my call later the same day and gave me a cell number to text the make and model #s when I got home so they could check on the part ASAP. They found the part, provided an estimate, and fixed the next day. They did a great job communicating when they would be out and when the job was complete. I will definitely use them in the future.
Description of Work: Replace a faulty gas pressure sensor in our tankless hot water heater.
