This was a small job - I just needed two bedroom carpets cleaned to send a receipt to our landlord upon move out. Despite the small/quick nature of the work, the technician showed up on time, was very professional, and completed the work quickly. Easy to schedule online and via text, I paid with a credit card, and they emailed my receipt. Very easy transaction overall.
