I think Alex ( the contractor) was very good and the installers were neat and very polite..... I am glad I hired them and you would be satisfied if you used them.

These guys just finished my deck cover and it looks fantastic. It did take a while to get the project going but that's because Northwest Roofing Services does things right, which takes time. They went through a full permit review with drawings done by a structural engineer, which was nowhere close to what the other companies I found on here were offering. I work in the contracting business so having the peace of mind that I was getting a quality product that will last a lifetime was worth the wait. Aesthetically the cover looks great as well, it's been a fantastic addition to the house. The team at NW Roofing Systems was also very receptive to every request that I had. They were never defensive when I brought up a concern and everything was fixed within a day or so. I couldn't be more excited about the finished product, and if I have another project like this in the future I'll definitely be giving them a call.

I had a complicated project, it took forever to get going. Once we got it going, I learned that contractors don't do things like other contractors do. Due to not having a set schedule, I felt like it took a little longer to get job completed. However Bob handled it great and overall did a great job .
