+ -1 moreHired them to come out to trouble-shoot a circuit that stopped working. About a half hour before the sceduled appointment we figured out what the problem was and fixed it ourselves. Were able to cancel at the last minute with no trouble.
Description of Work: They didn't actually come by for the appointment, since we cancelled.

+ -1 moreThe electricians (Chris & Fred) showed up on time, kept me informed as to their progress during the day, did the work exactly as asked, left work areas clean, fixtures are all functional and finished earlier than estimated. They were both very pleasant and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use North Star Electric again, and will recommend them to friends. Prior to the work, the owner came out to do the estimating and provided very useful information and advice.
Description of Work: Installed interior & exterior outlets and light fixtures, inspected attic knob & tube wiring.

+ -1 moreThey were quick to answer the phone and responded and answered all questions promptly. They were very patient throughout the entire process. They stuck to the original bid and arrived on time as promised every time.

+ 0 moreThe work they did was a lot and they did it in a very reasonable amount of time, considering that there was a lot to get done. It was a pretty complicated job, but they pulled it off and I can't be happier with them.
Description of Work: They did all of the lighting in my home, installed a new panel and hooked up all of the appliances. My house is about 2000 square feet. They did all the electrical work on my pool as well.
