+ -1 moreFor price, they don't necessarily do the same rooms every year. Price depends on how many rooms he does. The price is the same as the others. If they were far too expensive, I wouldn't call them. I think he is very reasonable. I have only come in contact with just one man and I think he is the owner.

Description of Work: He did the entire carpeting in two different houses for us and in one house he cleaned the rock surfaces surrounding the fireplace. His work is outstanding and we will continue to use his service.
