Network Electric arrived within stated time of arrival. The electrical system and all components was inspected. A broken wire was found and a redundant float switch was removed. Everything was put back together and all systems was tested. after everything was working normally, the service was concluded. They were here about an hour or a little more. The cost was $206.00, which is very reasonable to me. I would recommend them and use them again.

Chuck and his colleague arrived on the same day that I reported my issues to them. They called ahead of their visit and arrived on time. While Chuck inspected and corrected issues with some of the floats that had got tangled with the cords in the pump tank, his colleague serviced the alarm itself and ensured everything was working correctly. They were both efficient and helpful in getting the job done within the hour.

Quickly diagnosed cause of sparks flying out of electrical panel and repaired. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and experienced.

We hired Network Electric to provide electrical work to the fast drip septic system that we installed at our property located in Kent. I have called multiple electrician that are knowledgeable with this type of work. One of them did not returned my messages, the other one provided a very expensive quote. Only Network Electric provided an excellent pricing for the type of work needed. Chuck, the electrician, answered all my questions, he seems very knowledgeable in working with this type of septic. I strongly recommend Network Electric to anyone who is looking for an excellent electrician. I would hire this company in a heart beat.

I phoned on Sunday night asking for service the next day because our Sewage Grinder alarm was going off and we did not know what was wrong. They phoned me first ting Monday and I didn't answer, they phoned again and came to our house at around 10:00AM on Monday! Wow, what a relief. They spent some time troubleshooting, they really know these things well and are both super smart. I was impressed the one that is the assistant seemed to be an expert too. they had no problem with this nasty job!. the y dug up my courtyard pavers and sand to find and get to the hidden junction box. They put all the dirt in a my wheelbarrow and were extremely thoughtful with their work. They worked fast. They work on a time basis and I felt the pace of work and price per hour is very fair. They are really experts. This ws the second time they have been out to help, the first time was two years ago. They taught me what I need to do to maintain it and how to troubleshoot myself in the future so I don't necessarily need them. The first time they came out they only charged $108 and I couldn't believe it. They are very honest, sincere and experts. I need some other electrical work done that is not an emergency but would like to do before our house is painted. I asked them to bid it and they said they were booked up for larger projects until after my painter was scheduled to come. They just came to fix the grinder becuse they knew how urgent it was. When they were out thye gave me some tips on how to approach the other work and told me if I couldn't get someone else I was happy with they would work in the urgent parts for me and to give him a call. I thought this was really nice that they despite being booked came and fixed my sewage grinder becuase they know they have such specilalized knowledge with this and I really needed them. They also even knowingthey have this knowledge and I had an urgent issues still charge very fair rates/work quickly. I would highly recommend them and will use them any time in the future for any sewage/electrical work.

Network Electric was punctual, professional, and diagnosed the problem within about 15 minutes and was able to isolate the problem and head the septic tank working within minutes. They charged exactly what they said they would. They explained exactly the problem and the solution and were friendly, fair and honest. I would definitely use them again.

The first time we used Network Electric was when we overloaded one of our electrical circuits and kept tripping the circuit breaker. Chuck of Network Electric responded immediately when we contacted him, identified the problem and offered several alternative solutions for us to choose among. We chose the solution that we thought would work best for us, and he implemented it by putting in a special circuit in our circuit box to handle the overload. It has worked perfectly since then. More recently, we decided to renovate our house, which required moving electrical outlets and replacing lighting fixtures. He suggested different ways to achieve the results we wanted, and then he and his assistant Aaron quickly implemented the ones that we chose. They do very professional work and are a pleasure to work with.

I called Network on the advice of the company that had pumped the septic when we bought our house. We had an alarm go off on a weekend and knew something was wrong with the pump. Chuck called and spoke with both my husband and I and advised us what to do to prepare for him to come change the pump, including getting the pump tank pumped out (he doesn't do pumping, only the electrical/pumps for the systems) and conserving water for the several days. He walked my husband through doing some checks over the phone to make sure it was the pump and not a switch or other problem. Chuck and Aaron came out on the following MOnday and installed the new pump. They were quick and efficient and had us back up and running in less than an hour. Then the fun started. Three days later, the alarm went off again and the new pump had failed. They came out again, checked it all out and installed another new pump. They identified the problem that had caused the pump to fail, and covered the new pump and labor under warranty. When I again later that night had problems with the new pump, (none of which had anything to do with Network's installation), they advised me what to do, then came out again and serviced the problems. Eventually, they found a problem in my system that was unrelated to their work or the pump, and which once serviced, has our system working again. Their diligence and willingness to help saved me money and time and hassle in getting our system working. All in all, they came out 4 times and never charged me another penny beyond the original pump and installation. They were very focused, professional, and did everything they could to help me. I would recommend them or use them again with no reservations whatsoever.

They called me back within 30 minutes and arrived at my house less than an hour later! They came opened up my pump and worked on it for 5 minutes and told me nothing needed to be done. They explained to me that most likely what caused the backup was built up grime/grease on the floats made them too heavy to float and the clean off the septic company did that drained the backed up sewage addresed the problem. They explained how to maintain the pump and work it. Since they were there only about 20 minutes they charged me less than their minumum trip fee, I did not request this they initiated the lower fee.

The septic system had stopped working, as indicated by the trouble alarm. Of course this happened at the start of a weekend, so we had visions of paying for a repair on premium time. We first contacted Northlake Septic Service, who were not available, but they referred us to Network Electric, who does the majority of their electrical work. Network assured us that if we used water conservatively, we could get by until Monday to fix the problem, so we set up an appointment for Monday morning. Two men arrived at the scene as scheduled, checked out the possible reasons for the problem, and determined that the pump motor had failed. Unfortunately, that required replacing the entire pump assembly. They left to go get a new pump and returned two hours later to install it. They made sure that everything was working properly before they left. While the pump was expensive, the service call and installation costs were quite reasonable. The service people were friendly, knowledgeable and proficient.
