Mario showed up on time to meet me to look over the house and quote the job. Quote was competitive with others I received. Mario has a very likeable personality and promised to do the job to my satisfaction. Pressure washing done on time. Primed and caulked the house, and performed a complete 3 color paint job. Mario and his crew were very professional and did a good job of masking and tying back trees that were close to the house. Clean up afterwards was very thorough. Since it was hot out, they unmasked several windows each night so we could open them to cool the house. Mario painted our entryway as directed by a color consultant we hired. When done, we didn't like the colors. He repainted it to a new color scheme without complaint or extra charge, even though it wasn't his fault. We would (and have) recommend Mario to our friends. Only area for improvement would be punctuality. Some days we didn't know what time his crew would be there. Not a big deal, but still something to improve on.

Mario called the day after I left him a voice mail. We set an appt for an estimate on the job. He came to do the bid and was very thorough about looking at the space, and he asked a lot of questions about exactly what I wanted. He was very professional and polite. Mario and his crew showed up right on time to begin the job. I paid Mario 1/3 of the bid price so he could purchase the paint. They masked off the entire area and began spraying the baseboards, wainscoting and casings of the doorways. He then worked on the ceilings and on the kitchen. The final day he painted the huge front entry way with the vaulted ceiling and dark colored accent wall. At the end of each day, Mario cleaned up and vacuumed any debris that accumulated. He needed to leave some larger equipment in our garage and was great about making sure it was out of the way. At the end of the job, Mario asked that we do a walk through to see the work and to see if any spots were missing. Of course there were none. Mario did an excellent job! Everything looked clean and crisp and it made me want to have more of the house painted. I paid him the remaining balance of the bid and we talked about setting up the next job in our home. I was more than thrilled I chose Mario's Painting, and I will definitely be using him again.

Mario was referred to us by a friend and he painted the interiors of two homes we were selling in 2004.. In our new home he has done two jobs: our bedroom and bathroom and just recently our entire first floor - LR, kitchen and two hallways. We plan to use him for an exterior job in the coming year. Mario and his crew work hard and do a great job. Mario is very color savvy, has a photographic memory on different brands, and can help clients make good choices. Prices are very reasonable. I am hesitant to add his business because I don't want him to get too busy when my house needs exterior painting soon!
