As a single mom I was very apprehensive about the entire process. After several quotes, I met Rick Nemyre who was extremely patient with me. I had many questions and ideas and he answered all of my requests professionally and enthusiastically. I got an attractive new roof with three new skylights with a fantastic warranty. I loved that Rick was honest about what I actually needed instead of trying to sell me unnecessary products. I am very happy with everything and would highly recommend their services.

High quality work. Great communication. They started and finished work as promised. After replacing the roof, i found a crack in a beam in the attic. The crack may have been pre existing before the roof work and the roof work may have made it worse. Rick sent his crew quickly to fix it in a professional way. Very satisfied.

Thought I was hiring real roofers, disappointed there was no swearing, no obnoxious music (until I asked about it) and they didn t even cat call my girlfriend. I would say use Krown roofing to anyone who reads this hands down. First the estimate and bidding process was informative and professional. not only does Krown offer a 30 year lifetime waranty on the roof for any repairs or water damage, They are GAF certified so the roof is registered with GAF (the manufacturer of all the roofing products used) for thirty years. If I sell my home the new owner can be transfered in this warranty. The bid includes: up to 5 sheets plywood replaced; Tiger paw roof deck protection; all vents replaced with quality metal vents; Storm guard leak barrier; Corbra snow country roof ridge vent (this benefits the life of your roof and replaces all roof vents except for exaust vents). Timberline shingles including roof ridge and flashing for all edges and gutters. I also added Leaf relief gutter protection to the bid. The work: tear down, plywood repair and installing all roofing products were complete in one day. The next day Mike came by to install the leaf relief gutter protecters and do a final walk through/ review of the work. Mike then did a final yard walk through to pick up any small debris left in the yard from the day before. He handed my GAF warranty which he registerd for me and it's all done. This is a professional job and all the neighbors want to know who did the work because the roof really stands out on the steet I live on. the final price is exactly what the bid was for. I would like to add the bid was $5,000-$7,000 less than other bids, so the price was reasonable. Krown roofing provided a comprehensive, easy to understand estimate. For the same products, they came in quite a bit better than our other bids. The crew was neat and respectful and a pleasure to work with.

Mike answered questions promptly and made sure I was happy. His crew except for one ditched him at the last moment to go hunting so it took a few days longer than expected. The one person worked all weekend to get the job done before the rains arrived.

Krown Roofing was fast, accommodating, professional and competitively priced. Roofing options were throrough, but not pushed for sales. Roof samples were brought to help us decide which shade worked best. Communication was great throughout the process. Roofer waited for first sunny day (you want that), and roof went up fast (day and a half for 27 squares of roofing,fascia and gutters on a hip roof). Manager came out and inspected roof work upon completion, and payment was not collected until work was complete to buyer satisfaction. They are locally owned and operated. I will use them for all future roofing needs.
