Did a great job and were very easy to work with. Did not require payment until the end of the job which is almost unheard of any more. Left the site lookking better than when they arrived.

Mike was great, very clear and responsive. He shuffled jobs around to fit our tight schedule for a new roof, and included some gutter drainage improvements an inspector had recommended at no extra charge.

He was the last person I called and the first to responded. He came out that day looked at the roof and gave me a very good bid that evening. He was very helpful in explaining my options. I called him the next day and said lets do it. I asked him when he could start. He said I will order the shingles right know, the shingles were delivered the next morning and his workers arrived soon after. The roof was done by mid afternoon. They did a great job and took care of all the little details and even cleaned my gutters. I can't think of how they could be better. If you have a need for roofing, make sure you call Krown GC.

Out of the 7 different roofing companies in the Everett and Lynnwood that I contacted regarding a leak in my roof, Mike from Krown was the only person that called me back right away and was willing on very short notice (within 2 days from the day that I talked to him) to make the effort to take time on Thanksgiving day to check our roof. No other roofing company was willing to come to our house on Thanksgiving day, especially on short notice! I liked Mike the minute I met him because he was very personable and knowledge. He took care of our roof issue very quickly and he did not even charge us for making the extra effort to come out to our house on Thanksgiving day. Now that's what I call great service!!!! We needed our roof replaced from previous windstorms! My husband came across KROWN LLC. and Mike came out inspected our roof, talked to both my husband and I and explained everything to us from start to finish! He was very energetic and enthusiastic about his work! He answered all of our questions, and did not ask for any money up front and walked me thru with the insurance as well! His workers came out and dropped off the materials on our roof and returned on Monday morning started and were done by Monday evening! The guys did a GREAT job and cleaned everything up once they were done! My husband and I are very happy with our NEW roof and the GREAT job they did! AWESOME WORKERS!!!!

Of all of the other roofers I received bids from I trusted Mike the very most.

Mike came out and measured our home and explained everything he was going to do so there were no questions when he left. As promised had our quote E-mailed to us later that day. We accepted his bid on Thursday and they were able to get to our project on Monday because there was a small window of dry weather. He said they would be here at 9am and they were here at 9am. His crew started working and had our old roof torn off and damaged areas cut out by noon when their material delivery was scheduled. The material delivery didn't arrive until 2pm (not Krown GC's fault), the crew got back to work and stayed until the project was complete that day. My neighbor was so impressed how organized and how quick Mike's crew was he had them give him a bid to replace his roof since our houses were built at the same time. I am glad to have this done now and it is one less worry on my mind. I would use Krown GC in the future but I probably won't have to, I will also recommend them to anybody I hear that needs a new roof. Thank you Mike and Crew!

Great explanation of the work to be done beforehand. The price was very reasonable, and they replaced the the whole roof in one day. They install products like a ridge-vent standard while other companies wanted to upcharge $500 for this. Mike is a very nice guy, and he even cleaned off our driveway and street in front of the house afterwards even though it was basically just leaves from our trees. Overall, a no-BS roofer that gets the job done right at a reasonable price. I paid exactly what they quoted me. I'd definitely hire them again if I need roofing work done in the future.

I got three quotes and Krown was the lowest. More importantly, they used higher quality materials then the other two. The install was done in one day as promised. I highly recommend Krown GC.

First off: I was presented with a folder that contained materials options and samples and a FULL pricing break down and explanation. Secondly: I was listened to when I asked questions or had input and my questions were answered in a polite and informative manner. Third: The price was VERY GOOD!!! I had checked out their reviews and I called them based on their reviews. I am VERY glad that I did!!! Fourth: Every single time that I was told that they would either call me, email me or come to my home, they either showed up on time or a bit early! Fifth: The work was done, as promised, when promised! Sixth: Received follow up! Owner checked in with me, personally, to make sure that I was happy with the work! Seventh: I have to go back to the pricing again! VERY GOOD PRICING! You know the saying "you get what you paid for?" Well, I paid exactly what the estimate/proposal stated that the work would come to and I feel, No! I KNOW that I got a VERY GOOD DEAL!!! I had my whole roof re-done, had a ridgeline put on, had my gutters completely re-done, in the color that I had chosen, it looks GREAT and I am VERY Happy with it! I DEFINITELY got what I paid for!!! Eighth: If you are reading this... then, please, know that I would not only recommend them but I would, also, hire them again, in a heartbeat!
