It couldn't have gone better, nor timelier. I look forward to using Kirk's fantastic service again.

This was a great experience. The job wasn't a piece of cake, so I was very glad not to do it myself. Kirk is likable, easy to communicate with, and trustworthy. He did a great job. He told me to keep a close look for leaks, and later in the day I did notice a very slight leak from the base of the hot water supply pipe(we have very high water pressure). I also decided I wanted to have the supply faucet for the dishwasher replaced so Klint could do it when he came to tighten up the leak. He did both and didn't charge me for the installation!

I emailed Kirk, explaining our situation and also attached the list of major and minor items that needed to be addressed. Within a few hours he had responded and we set up an initial appointment to meet and go over the items. The day of the appointment, he was not only prompt, but courteous and straightforward. He let me know what he could do and gave me an time line of how long it may take. The items that Kirk was not able to do, he let me know of who could and passed on names. He even took the time to contact these people and assisted in setting up appointments with them as well. His work is amazing and through. My floor in the master bath looks wonderful. My daughter is delighted that her bedroom floor no longer squeaks, and the siding is just brilliant. Along the way we found some scratches on my hardwood floor under my entertainment center. I was horrified. Kirk took a look at it, and offered a few suggestions. I told him, do what you think will work. He sure did! You would never know that the scratches are there, even my husband was impressed. He was so professional and great to work with. If he had a conflict with a time that we had scheduled, he would call immediately to let me know so we can make other arrangements. I have 2 kids that run around my house and he was great working around them, especially my little curious boy. The kids enjoyed his visits. I would recommend him to anyone, and even did, to my neighbor.

Kirk was already booked with a larger job but he squeezed us in and got things fixed in a jiffy.

The finished work was excellent. The post is true in all directions and absolutely solid. The lawn around the posthole was replaced with no damage. I am very happy with the results.

Work was done very well. Took longer than anticipated probably due to the extent of the work performed by Kirk. Overall the work was done very well and I am glad to have had it done. Kirk did a very good job.

We called Kirk because his ad on Angie's List mentioned that he dealt with water damage, which is what we suspected was the cause of the bubbling/dampness we noticed on a wall in our family room. He requested that we send him some digital photos of the damage so he could evaluate whether or not he wanted to tackle this job. He arrived at our home (a little late, but he did call) for the first visit and checked out the situation. He was able to perform some repairs to a downspout and gutter that were directing water to the problem area, a corner where two exterior walls met, one a window wall. He then removed the drywall and window trim from the corner. This exposed the moisture/rot and ant infestation. He treated the area with insecticide, but he also recommended treatment by a professional pest control agent. We took his advice and brought in a pest control person (also hired through Angie's List), who treated the ant infestation. Kirk and his colleague Terry returned about 3 weeks later to remove the rotted wood, install new wood and drywall and re-install the window trim. They also performed repairs to some flashing that had been incorrectly installed and had probably been contributing to the moisture problem. The work was done extremely well and other than the fact that the wall has to be painted, the area has been restored to its original appearance. He did a great job of cleaning up and removing the infested and rotten wood and drywall, and was in general very careful and tidy. We would definitely consider using his services again and would highly recommend his company for similar work.

The thing I like the best is the high quality of his workmanship. The patched areas of wood match perfectly. Our home is high end and it was important to us that the trim was maintained and that it looked professional and not patched together. You cannot tell that anything was changed. Kirk works slowly but he does beautiful work so it is worth it

We had a window that was stuck in the open position. Because we were afraid to leave the house without the window being securely closed, I called Kirk in the morning to see if he could come out that day to at least force it closed. He called back promptly and came out that same afternoon. Kirk took the window out of the frame, diagnosed the problem, repaired the window frame and it was fixed! It saved me having to call the manufacturer and wait for a repair. While Kirk was here, we had him look at a few other items. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. We will definitely call him again for other handyman help.

Work was done well and on time and budget. I am planning on using again. They took the time to lay down paper to protect carpet.

He was prompt and took care of everything in a timely manner. Everything was fine.

He took out the motor and took it to a place that fixed it. He reinstalled it and the whole project cost less than the replacement part I had previously bought. He left the place clean and he very nice. I would highly recommend him.

I had an obviously ill-fitting gasket, which was easy to diagnose. Kirk, could tell it had been repaired before, and he went about repairing it properly. He went further and continued to check other areas of the plumbing and discovered more subtle issues, that were loose and leaking. He repaired or tightened all of them. Kirk was prompt, prepared and professional and thorough. I was referred to him by Dave Grubbs, who is listed in Angie's List, but was on vacation, when I called. I am very grateful for Dave's referral to Kirk and very happy with the work Kirk did.
