Excellent customer experience all the way around from the salesman, office staff and installers. Very professional and on time for installation. The installers where fantastic exceeding my expectations. I will definitely highly recommend them to anyone looking to have windows installed.

An error in the paperwork led to the wrong type of installation for our new windows, which we didn't discover until the last window was going up. When we spoke with the owner, he immediately arranged for a complete re-do of the installation, at no charge to us. They spent three days, to make sure everything was done right, and the new installation is beautiful. Thank you IMG!

Mike was amazing to work with, he responded to my quote request almost immediately and followed up later in the day with a phone call to walk me through it. The quote was fair, he was very professional and helpful. I respect a company that is willing to take time to have these conversations and invest time in a potential customer. We choose a different contractor due to time sensitivity (we have a leaking window) so I cannot comment on the craftsmanship portions.

The owner personally came out after estimates and helped us make sure our structure was sound and we chose the right locations for glass and sliders. The installers were very organized and got done on time.

Intermountain glass is an amazing company. We had Intermountain replace our glass on our entire house. The quality of their windows are excellent and service outstanding. Their workers were very polite and respectful. They made sure there was no mess both inside and out. The office people were very prompt and pleasant to work with. This company stands behind their work!

The team at Intermountain Glass was terrific to work with. We had a rather completed skylight install which the team completed on time and according to the design. The installers were extremely friendly and were careful to work around our various trees and flowers. They showed up at the scheduled time and worked straight through to complete the install. I highly recommend Intermountain Glass.

Horrible. Be warned! We have been waiting since August to get the work done. Quotes were drawn and approved. Money was paid. Today, I emailed to confirm that the start date of 11/7 was still in effect, and we got an email back from the General Manager that the work was beyond their scope and they won't be doing the work. They charged over $7,500 on our credit card, and to date, the money has not been refunded. They claim they had emailed me a month ago to let me know this - although both my husband and I never received an email from them, nor did they issue a credit. I would absolutely NOT use them and warn others not to use them as well.

Excellent. Good communication, workers pleasant and on time, clean job

All staff (scheduler/office personnel, estimator, installers) were friendly, and those who made appointments arrived on time. So far, so good. I don't have the expertise to assess quality with confidence but do know that the initial installer disagreed with the guidance of the estimator on one of the three windows and with quality of the manufactured product (bead) on a second. (The third window was installed at the initial appointment and appears to be fine.) The problems at the initial appointment with the other two windows required my wife to take a second day off of work for a second installation appointment. More interestingly, the installer at the second installation appointment said that the bead work was right the first time and that the other window (which the initial installer refused to install at the initial appointment) was correct. Staff offered an email apology when I provided feedback, but next time I would choose another provider whose workforce did not provide contradictory messages and whose work did not require a second (and apparently unneeded appointment). Price and quality appear to be fine, but it is frustrating to have wasted one of our vacation days due to Intermountain's error.

It went very well, I am happy with the quality of the work. It took the two guys a couple of days to replace the windows. The workers were friendly and courteous. The office let me know approximately when the windows would be manufactured and phoned me up to scheduled the work when they came in. The cleaned up after they finished. I like that they used windows with fins, flashing tape, drip caps and did a good job sealing with caulk after. They gave me a good competitive bid without a big sales pitch.

We contracted with Intermountain Glass to install a pet door we had purchased in our upstairs sliding glass door screen. They attempted to complete the work 3 different times, but each time the installer visited there turned out to be something wrong with what they had done. Finally, we agreed to pay them for their best effort (still incredibly shoddy) rather than hassle with them any further. My wife and I repaired their work ourselves. We then installed an identical pet door in the identical sliding glass door screen downstairs in our home. Even though we aren't particularly handy, we accomplished the work ourselves, correctly, in under one hour.

Requested estimate for windows replacement. Someone came out we discussed options for windows but never received a quote back from them.

The whole process went extremely well, though because the company was so booked up, there was a great deal of time between our acceptance of the estimate and the actual measurement for the windows on the the one hand, and between the measurement and installation of the windows later on. This didn't present too great a problem for us because we were in no real hurry. I had three companies out for estimates and the other three claimed that Milgard could not make a window as narrow as 11". Intermountain said that it was possible and came up with a bid that was not only a bit less than the other bids, but also indicated that if Milgard could not, indeed make the window, they would come up with the same offer that the other companies did for the 11" vinyl window at a significantly reduced cost. As it turns out, because Intermountain took the time to investigate thoroughly we were able to get all the windows in thermal break aluminum. Also, the installation presented some challenges because at one point members of the crew had to work on a thirty-foot ladder, and at another over a ten-foot drop. Everybody associated with with job remained professional and courteous throughout. I would definitely recommend this company, and if I need subsequent glass work, I would call them first.

We had Intermountain glass replace 22 windows in our home. We had had them out a few years ago to replace six windows that were broken and failing. It was such a good experience we used them again. Their quote was reasonable for the amount of windows and the work to install them. The job went excellent. The installers were efficient and professional, and not once did I see any sawdust in my home (no small feat with the number of windows in my house!). Everyone keeps asking us how we like our new windows and where did you get them? We are happy to tell them. Thank you for doing such a good job!

Intermountain Glass replaced the entire entryway of my 1958 split-entry house (door, sidelight, transom, framing). From my first email inquiring about services to the moment when the installers pulled out of the drive, my experience with Intermountain Glass was exceptional. Our sales rep Randy was knowledgable and personable. He came prepared and answered all my "first timer" questions. He even met me at my work in order to complete the paperwork, in order to accommodate my schedule. Mike came out to measure everything and took great care to talk to me about my future flooring project to be sure that the entryway was set high enough to accommodate my new tile. The installers were amazing. They were super friendly and concerned with making sure we were informed and happy all along the way. When I jokingly asked them to remove our ugly chandelier which was hung too high for my ladder, they DID! The finished work is beautiful and I could not be happier. Lucky for me, they were the least expensive of all the bids I received (although I chose them based on their excellent service and understanding of my project.) Lucky for them, I have a whole house of windows to replace, and when it comes time to do them, I will definitely be hiring them back!

The job went perfectly. Frank was right on time to give us the estimate and exactly on time when he said he would return to replace the glass. The cost was quite a bit less than the last time we had this done (by another company), and the job was done quicker, more professionally and looks better. Frank was courteous, friendly, professional and efficient. The job looks great and we would be happy to recommend Intermountain glass to anyone that needs glass repaired or replaced.

Worked with Shane to get pricing to fit our budget, Shane came to the house after normal working hours, stayed for about two hours, no pressure. He presented a bid that night that was agreeable to us Windows and door were ordered, confirmation from Stacey at the office was emailed along with a delivery date. Install date was worked out, they were flexible with my schedule. On day of install, the two installers, Curtis and Trace arrived about 30 minutes early. Got to work tearing out old windows and door, they took one short break for lunch and kept working until job was completed. These two gentlemen are professional window installers, the work they did for us was beautiful, the interior trim out on our job was a bit complicated. We purchased milgard essence products with the VG fir interior, so there could be no hiding sloppy corners or cuts with caulk. Not to worry, these guys made no mistakes, corners are tight, every piece is custom to our install. Can't say enough good things about their work. They were pleasant and friendly all day, even put up with me and my dog watching over their shoulders all day. They cleaned up when finished, took everything with them when they left. Project went very well. Very satisfied with the product IMG installed (Simonton Windows). IMG sales staff worked with us to get the windows that were right for home. We looked at several products before deciding. Installation in December might not have been the perfect time weather wise, but the install crew was professional and generally thorough. The crew worked with us to make the install process as nonintrusive as possible and still get the job done on time. The results look great and function well. We would definitely use IMG again.

Great service, sales person was very professional, knowledgeable and no pressure to close. We were gone over summer and I did not get back to them for quite some time after the initial quote, they honored the original price and discounts quoted. We had a bit of a delay with the actual scheduling of the work but they were quick to reschedule and squeezed us in just the day after - great communication throughout that process though. Overall very happy with the result, looks great and I will go with them any time again.

After speaking with numerous contractors, we went with IMG. Reason for selecting them was price, experience, and they were one of the only contractors who proposed 'dropping' the sills to make the windows larger, an idea we really liked. Work was scheduled for two weeks in June. This is a big, complex project, which involved replacing nearly 250 sq ft of sloped glazing on the roof, and nine large 4'x6' windows, six of which would be enlarged. They were also going to encase the supporting beams in MDF, to give them a more modern look, replace some rotted siding on the exterior, and do all the finish work. Sloped glazing was tempered triple laminate glass, according to code, replacing sheets of flimsy acrylic that had been there since the house was built in 1978. Work proceeded well, and everything looked great. Last day, one of the worker accidentally knocked the edge of one of the tempered glass panels, causing it to shatter. Good news is the panels worked as designed, and the glass remained in place and did not drop into the house. Bad news was it would take 5 weeks to order a replacement (busy time of year for glass manufacturers). The scaffolding was left behind, but like every day on the job, they left the worksite clean and orderly. Great bunch of guys, they were very apologetic, felt terrible. The owner even called me to apologize...great customer attention. Having the scaffolding there actually made our lives easier, we used it to paint out the beams and the ceiling. When everything was finally completed the end result surpassed our expectations, we are very pleased with the quality of work, the courteousness and professionalism of the crew. I have been doing my own home renovations for many years, and I know when a project is outside my abilities (I'm not as young as I used to be). These guys did a wonderful job, we have contracted them yet again to do two entry door replacements, and another window enlargement.
