In Harmony Sustainable Landscapes

I think it went well.....although, I am not sure since I did not see anyone. I was not home when they provided the service. I purchase the coupon via Angie's Big Deal. I shortly received an email from the In Harmony Sustainable Landscapes letting me know what day and time they would come by. About a week or two later I came home to a note on my door from In Harmony me know they had stopped by that day. The note included a list of recommendations on lawn maintenance, moss/dandelion removal etc. along with overall costs for the service. I do appreciate the follow up, but my complaint is that I wish I had known there were coming by. I would have liked to speak with someone in person as I have questions and it is easier to walk through my yard and show them what I am talking about vs. explaining over the phone. In the future I would recommend that In Harmony schedules a in person consultation with their customers for the follow up. I am more apt to go with a company where I have a contact and know who I am working with. As a marketer, it?s all about building that trust/relationship with the consumer. If the consumer knows and trusts a specific company they are more inclined to recommend that business to their friends. Just a suggestion?.

I worked swing shift so I wanted them to start later morning and they were able to accomodate me. They answered any questions I had and i'm overall satisfied.

Our yard looks very happy and is grass filling in a lot. We'll definitely sign up for more!

The technician was very knowledgeable and explained in detail each step of the process. He was careful of sprinkler heads and near-surface PVC pipes while aereating, and provided extra seeding in areas that were quite bare. Overall, I was quite pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, and thoroughness of the service.

This time it was for aeration and overseeding, both of which were done quickly and effectively.

We received a card in the mail alerting us to which week they'd be coming to do the work, and then a phone message the day before the service. The only down side was that they asked us to mark our sprinkler heads prior to the service and which I dutifully did. However, one of our sprinkler heads got broken during the service nevertheless. Still, I'd recommend them highly.

In Harmony called me immediately after I purchased the service from Angies list to confirm a time to look at my property and ensure it fell within the square foot limit. They came out shortly there after, did the measuring and gave me an estimate on when the job would be completed. (This was in late September and we were having a dry spell so I appreciated that they held off on performing the service until we had a little rain). The initial service date had to be postponed a few days due to dry weather but I didn't need to be home so it was done a few days later and looked like they did a very thorough job. They left instructions and some extra seed so I felt I was prepared for the after care maintenance.

It was great. They showed up while I was at work, did their thing, and I came home to an aerated seeded lawn. Grass is looking healthier and healthier.

I purchased a Big Deal on Angies list, was promptly phoned and Kerry squeezed in a visit a couple days later, because she was concerned that it would get too late for seeding. She did a site check to be certain that the treatment was sensible for our lot, access for the aerator was OK, and wrote up the order for the tech to follow. I asked whether we could lime at the same time, and she suggested waiting, and described the routine that their company follows, and provided quotes for this when I asked. The next week, the work was completed.The deal was to "overseed" but our lawn is in such poor condition, I expected to add more seed to what the tech put down, But, he was generous and careful to seed bare spots more heavily than others. Our yard gets heavy use from our dogs, so he put a mix of shade tolerant pasture seed and perennial rye grass seed. LIttle plants are popping up a week later. If only I could convince our Great Dane that sliding in the mud isn't the fun way to end a chase of her sister! I'll just seed the skidmarks, and eventually, it will improve. THe jump start of getting the area aerated, seeded and fed is a huge help. The tech had some trouble finding our back yard, but persisted, and I saw his truck and met him.Next time our sign will be nearer the road, rather than on the gate. THe tech was very pleasant, and quick to complete each step. I mentioned that my neighbors' horses used to graze in our yard, and he made sure we knew they should not munch in our yard for least a week, since the fertilizer would bother their stomachs. Start to finish, they were responsive, reliable and cared about doing a good job. Well done!

It seemed like a good value. Our lawn needed it and it seems to be paying off fairly quickly. The office sent someone over in advance to look at our yard, see if they could do the whole lawn for the quoted price. Then sent the worker on the appt day. They did all the work and left us some tips on how to take care of our yard. I will probably use this service annually. Liked the fact that it is ecofriendly. They put down grass seed, too. One of the better deals we have had.

I used an Amazon LocalDeals coupon for this service and was very pleased. Michelle was my 1st contact and scheduled everything quickly and efficiently. Cary arrived when she said she would to estimate square footage and confirmed the date aeration would happen. She was very personable and also quite knowledgeable about lawns, confirming some ideas I had for improving mine. Tom showed up on the scheduled date and completed aeration and overseeding very quickly. He was helpful answering my questions and made sure I understood all the options I have to improve my lawn. I liked working with them so much I plan on using them again in the spring. Great team both in the office and out in the field.

When aerating the lawn they went over it more than once while our last company didn't unless they chargd extra

This went very well. I've been looking for a lawn service to do all of these things for some time. Most will not aerate because they don't have an aerator or they have to rent one. To do it myself is not worth the time, cost or effort. you have to rent or own one and all that comes with it; cost, maintenance, fuel, oil, transport, time, enough!. The seeding took hold right away and I have new grass growing very well just three weeks after application. My favorite part is the organic fertilizer which is much better for the environment, our family and pet as well. The staff was very responsive when I called to setup an appointment. They sent a reminder to me as well when it was time for the appt. The individual providing the service was very courteous and did an excellent job in guiding the aerator around the yard, sprinkler heads making sure that there were ample amount of holes/plugs necessary. A high quality job. I will definitely have them back for next time.

Great! They arrived during the 4 hour window as scheduled. Worked quickly and efficiently. Very friendly employee. Explained the services provided and made suggestions regarding maintaining and improving our lawn.

Our yard is larger than the size limit for the Big Deal, but In Harmony gave us an excellent price to cover the rest. They were prompt and coordinated in getting everything scheduled, and even did their best to schedule the work when rain would take care of the watering as much as possible. The actual work was surprisingly fast for the size of our yard. The guy was nice. He let me know when he arrived, what he was going to do, and when he left. He even left a small bag of extra grass seed to spread if any of the bare spots need extra to fill in. Overall, excellent service. I hope they offer this deal again next year.

Easy initial contact and scheduling. Service person was on time and did a good job.

Company communicated effectively, setting a time for the service. They also sent preparation instructions both through the mail and via e-mail. Worker arrived on-time, as scheduled and efficiently provided the service. He also left clear, written instructions on how to care for the seeded lawn.

They were on top of it. Called almosrt immediately, came out and inspected the property and set up a date. It was all pretty efficient.

In Harmony measured my lawn 2 days after I bought the deal. They sent a post card with the scheduled day of service & preservice instructions. Sal arrived at 11 AM on the day of service, promptly aerated, over seeded & fertilized my lawn in a timely manner. He left written post service lawn care instructions. They're service was great & the price was outstanding. I am now a loyal customer of In Harmony.
