In Harmony Sustainable Landscapes

The sod lawn at my new house didn't do very well over the winter - I was sure part of it was dead and would not come back. In Harmony came out, gave me an overview of what they could do and what I could expect. Also, I don't like using harmful chemicals and they offer an all organic service. I am thrilled that I now have a thick, green, gorgeous lawn (with just a few small bare patches that are just waiting for the seeds to germinate and grow). And all organically - no chemicals!! There was no charge for their arborist to come out, which is extremely nice. I also feel their prices are reasonable for what you get. I highly recommend their services!

They were not very effective for us. We were looking for landscape advice, but they were more concerned about building a plan they could sell us.

These guys are simply great. Tom, my regular tech, is always great about answering questions and making suggestions of things that we could do to make the lawn look better. I like that they are willing to give you the option of doing some things yourself (like top coating with compost in the faLL.). They always call 2-3 days before they come out to give you a heads up, which is really nice to know. I've called back and asked them to change days because of our plans and they have always been cooperative. Completely eco-friendly and pet friendly (my tech knows my dog by name). Great people, great service and our lawn looks awesome. They offer a Microsoft Prime discount too!

I was quoted a price for a half day. They were here two hours, missed some things so I had to call them back. I question the price for 2 hours when the quote was for a half day and was told that was because there were 2 workers. This was not spelled out in my contract. After several calls/emails they reduced the price but it wasn't worth the hassle.

This group is dedicated and very pleasant to work with. we receive a written report with every visit and the trees are looking better and better. They always provide us with good advice at no cost. Good people great service.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was not that good. They just walked around and talked about my trees. I did not really do much with them. I had no problem with their service. I was not sure what I was going to receive, I thought I might get something spectacular, but no. I don't want to say anything negative about them, but, in my opinion, I should not have done the service. I did not learn anything and did not get anything out of it. The person who came out was very professional, but for what I got I think it was overpriced. They responded pretty quickly and talked to me about trimming my trees.

I couldn't be happier with the service and people! The results were almost immediate and now, about 4 months later my lawn looks terrific. I totally appreciate the fact that it's all been done as safely as possible too. Sal and the team provide thoughtful and meaningful updates after each visit and provide great material on maintaining my lawn care.

I met the owner in 1996. I spoke to another employee while he did the work to discuss my needs and how they could be met. They provide personalized interactions, professional knowledge, and provides education to me as a home owner. He even reaches out to the community and donates his time to many programs, such as Belluevue Water Wise Program and Master Gardners. He is not selling his business, you are drawn to it. He does excellent work and if you are disappointed, just let him know and he will correct it. No one has a bad attitude there.

The workers were quite professional. They even gave me quite a bit of information about when the job was going to be done, what they were going to do and how long it was going to take. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. They were flexible with scheduling and getting the work set up at a convenient time.

So far, we're nothing but impressed with InHarmony. They're affordable, timely, and incredibly knowledgeable. They've spent time with us to help us understand our lawn better and what we can do to augment their services for an even more gorgeous lawn. Good service is hard to find - InHarmony is a rare gem.

Excellent! Came on time, friendly, listened to any input I had & also asked me questions and explained in detail. Mark came out early and went over what they were going to do, introduced me to the workers and came up with a couple of smart, easy ideas to accomplish what I had pictured in addition to the original plan. It was very hot that day and the guys really did alot of work. They really surpassed my expectations. My husband was shocked at the difference it made in the look of our place. Due to our layout, all of the bark needed to be hand placed & brought in via wheelbarrow. Took almost two days but Wow, it really looks great & as Mark mentioned so far what weeds are trying to come up are only on the surface.

The experience was excellent from start to finish. Vince Mack was an attentive project manager, overseeing the work and responding very promptly to our questions both before and during the project. In the scope of work, prices were broken out and clearly explained, and Vince provided information about various alternatives so we could stay within our budget. The designer, M.J. Gilman, quickly understood our preference for a naturalistic design and came up with a plan that beautifully integrates our old aggregate patio with the new flagstone surfaces and stairs. The actual labor took place over four weeks, with no delays, even though we made some adjustments along the way. Pancho and Jose did a great job translating the design into the finished hardscape, including the initial removal of overgrown vegetation; installing the rock wall, stairs, water feature, new flagstone surfaces, and other elements; and installing sleeving for irrigation and lighting. We?re very pleased with the results and are looking forward to enjoying our new outdoor space.

We do most of the work in our yard, but lawn care beyond mowing & trimming we've left to In Harmony, and are glad we did. They have been tending it with mostly natural products, pull dandelions, and earlier in the season restored our backyard which was mostly weeds and moss, to a lush lawn once again. Their office staff and onsite crew are always pleasant and informative.

They were great. We are hiring them again for some more work. They were here for three months. They came for the initial evaluation in the fall and then they started the work at the beginning of the years. I can't think of what they didn't do. They did everything. I like that they are sustainable and that they don't use chemicals. We are that kind of family, so I wanted to stay with that.

That went really well. He was very informational, no pressure. It was very good. He gave me all the information, plus there was no pressure to buy anything. If I ever need pruning or anything I would definitely call them.

They were just great individuals, terrific company and top-of-the-line! There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They were up to like 3000 sq. ft. servicing or whatever the number was and I actually had like may be closer to 4000, so I kind of scaled back a little bit and they said, "Oh! don't worry about it." They just did the whole thing. They were just over the top in terms of their service. Their customer relations was really great. Anybody would hire them.

Ben arrived ahead of schedule and was very friendly and professional. He walked the entire property with me, evaluating all the large trees for safety. He answered all my questions and made recommendations for the steps I could take myself to accomplish the most progress on a badly overgrown yard with the lowest expenditure. I have since attended In Harmony's free evening seminars and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

It went fine. I have a fairly mature and developed yard and I got some useful advice on plant selection.

It went really well. The guy was really professional and I enjoyed working with him.

My overall experience was great. The company was very timely in calling and scheduling. The landscaper was friendly and very knowledgable. I would absolutely hire the company for a landscape service.
